RN positive comment: On the solid theory that LIVER HEALTH is very important, and that fatty livers are very common, I added this to my existing liver support supplements (milk thistle, omega 3/ fish oil, turmeric, & gluthathione). I listened to many MD & Nutritionist YouTube presentations on Berberine. Impressed by the idea of regulating blood sugar, reducing leaky gut , and aiding mental clarity, etc. , I started Berberine 2 weeks ago. Ok -- I am quite impressed to the point of thinking I am imagining things. Keeping in mind that milk thistle works synergistically with BERBERINE, I feel much better--calm, focused, not foggy-headed or always sleepy. I truly feel demonstrably more alert, able to focus. Happy With Berberine 😃
I’ve never took Berberine before and I’ve chosen this one because of its highest concentration of 1200mg/serving. It seems to be lowering my blood pressure which was getting up despite some prescription drugs. I am not tired in the afternoon and in need of a power nap anymore. More than that, I have a new vitality. My digestive system is no longer sluggish. Looking forward to seeing what results I have after a month’s time of this supplement. I have been taking this suplement for two weeks now, and I can see the difference it made to my sugar levels.
