Never going back to basic brownies!!
Never met a brownie I never liked but my all time FAVS are the corner brownies. I've tried different types of "corner" brownie pans but they've all been a huge disappointment. Not the results that I was hoping for. Trust me when I say that THIS pan is worth the splurge. Each batch you bake comes with 12 brownies. Each brownie is ALL corners. ALL perfection.Something to keep in mind when baking with this pan is that it requires a different temperature and time to cook with than what the box says. I have baked all sorts of brands with this pan and have found that baking it at 320° for 30 minutes works the best.Other reviews state that after spraying it down with Pam cooking spray, and tapping it on its back when done will make the whole batch pop out. I have yet to have this happen to me. The brownies never stick to the pan. Easy to clean, but I can only get one out at a time. It's probably for the best considering if it ever did happen, I'd have a "snaccident" and eat the whole thing in one sitting.

Amazing!!
Ok so, I’ve always been a middle of the brownie pan type person, but this is changing my mind. My grandpa loves edge pieces, so I bought him this pan for his birthday last year. It is awesome. Each square has crispy edges and soft centers. There’s the best of both worlds in each brownie. The pieces were easy to remove,, and although the pan needed to be scrubbed a little bit more than a typical pan, it wasn’t hard to clean. (Be warned, unless you want your brownies to be rock hard, don’t keep it in the oven for too long. These bake faster than in a typical pan.)

Perfect pan for perfect crispy edged brownies
We all want the crispy edges so I tried out this pan.I used one box of Ghirardelli Double Chocolate brownie mix and it was the right amount for this pan. Some suggested that the brownie mix being for an 8X8 pan would not be enough to fill the pan but I thought with the inside posts, I would chance it. I'm glad I did not add more mix as when it was baking it poofed up to the top of the pan.I reduced the cooking time to 35 minutes (directions minimum time is 39 minutes) as I read that some had hard brownies when following the cooking times. I made sure to spray non-stick cooking spray as indicated in the mix's directions. When cooled, I flipped it over and it all came out with minimum sticking. The only area that there was some sticking was at the seam at the bottom of each post. There was a slight residue which required a little bit more clean-up.Love this pan!

Thinner brownies bake faster than in an 8" square pan
The surface area of the pan is much more than that of an 8-inch pan. I hadn't considered this and my first batch came out thinner and a bit overcooked. The brownies rose to 1/2 inch at the edges and 3/4 inch at the center. I usually use one portion of a Ghirardelli brownie mix from Costco and an 8-inch square pan.To determine the surface area I carefully measured the amount of water to rise one inch deep in each pan. The Bakelicious pan required 1 2/3 the amount of water. So the surface area is equivalent to a 10.3 inch square pan or 90% of a 13 x 9 inch pan (pretty close). The next time I'll use 2 portions of the brownie mix. The brownies should rise about 10% more than if using two portions in a 13 x 9 inch pan.

Best brownies I've ever made
I've been making brownies my whole life and they are always underwhelming in presentation and texture. The middle is too gooey and crumbled apart and there are never enough edges to go around. I went on Amazon hoping to buy an all edges pam like I've seen before (a pan that looks sort of like a maze) and this pan was suggested above that one so I looked and took a chance and purchased two. I used it the day it arrived. The brownies cooked in exactly the amount of time recommended on the box (I like to use Ghirardelli-one box of mix equals one perfect pan) and they literally just popped right out of the pan. I just turned it over onto a cooling rack and had perfectly cooked brownies! They are mostly edges and the perfect thickness. Perfect size Perfect texture and hardly any cleanup. The pan is nonstick and cleaned up within seconds! Will forever use these pans and buy more to give as gifts! And they are CHEAPER than the maze-looking edge pan by about 10 bucks!

Mega Brownie Pan
This is my second purchase. Everybody loves my brownies made with this pan. This pan makes 12 mega brownies, so thick, soft and chewy. People love that each brownie is a corner. A box of brownie mix makes 12 brownies versus the typical 24 thin brownies in a 9x13 pan. I live in a tiny town, and I make them as a thank you, for holidays, or anytime. To keep my pans like new, I spray with non-stick spray and use a tiny non-metal spatula to cut my corner brownies when they're perfectly cold.

Its alright
Not truly a nonstick pan. Cleaning is easy enough but takes more time because of its shape. Cooking time needs to be adjusted because there is a lot of metal surfaces so it heats up more.

Worth every penny!
I should've bought this earlier as I'm one that only cares for the corners of the brownies used to make brownies and only eat the 4 corners now it's hard to pass up.I've seen people complaining about sticking haven't had that issue a little spray of Pam and your good. Noticed that it's best to let them cook a tad longer like 5 to ten mins more for the perfect crisp. So far only made one batch but will update as needed. Took pics before after and the edges highly recommend!
