Mission Machines Z60 VoIP Phone System Package with 4 Phones

On one hand, I love this system. It truly does almost everything you could want. On the other hand, the manufacturer seems to have no support what so ever. As in the "click here" for company contact information is not actually a hyperlink. This leaves you totally dependent upon the seller. I've called them twice. The first time during initial setup they were very helpful, the call was <10 minutes and I was set. Now I'm trying to add a speakerphone to the system. I understand all the basics of doing this but there is one thing not in the documentation. No problem, there's a big sticker saying in essence call us for help. I call. Nope. It's been more than a year. But it's a 30 second question. Nope. Nothing. After 1 year, you are totally on your own evidently. I can't find that ANYWHERE in the description or documentation. But that's the game.

Install the system. 2 of the 4 phone have static problem with the speaker and mic. Have try to call the seller. Waiting on their reply. Will keep all the real buyer posted when I get a response. Do not buy this phone for now.

Great product for a small to medium size business. Pricing is spot on and the customer service on the sales side was pretty helpful on product selection. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the initial setup manual is not too easy to follow. It seems like a developer wrote it instead of having a user input.The tech support is pretty responsive in respects to helping out but is pretty short and not patient at all. Just because they know the product's in and out, they are assuming that the end customer should know it in and out too.

Our company telephone system with 4 lines and 8 telephones failed and we needed a replacement quickly. After some research we selected the Mission Machines Z60 VoIP system by Telco Depot through Amazon and couldn't be happier. The quality of the system is great, we received it quickly and the install went smoothly. Isaac in the Telco Depot tech department was very, very helpful and patient. This is a GREAT system for the money, highly recommend.

The phone system is decent. I'm not crazy about the limitation on the music on hold files. Overall a great phone system with plenty of solid features for the price.

Excellent low cost phone system. System works as Joe S. stated it would. It also emails all voicemails to me during or after hours. Telco was very helpful in setting up the system and it was completely installed in one hour.

We purchased this system from TelcoDepot, however it was labeled as the "X-Blue X50" at that time.It is a good system, that I would recommend to companies looking to get into VOIP with a decent set of features. It is a "boxed" system that has it's limitations, but for a SMB that is just looking for standard phone features and does not need to integrate it with other systems it works well.It is SIP based, but many of the features are proprietary, so it is hit or miss if other SIP phones will connect/work with the system.

However, we were very pleased with Mission Machines Z-60 right away after testing it. The Z-60 supports analog lines and VoIP channels, making it a hybrid system, which is always good. It is also pretty feature-packed for its price.Most importantly this system is reliable and sound quality is great. We haven’t received any complaints from our customers so far.
