A very thorough and comprehensive book on the art of Pickleball

This book taught me some strategies that would have taken me a long time to learn on my own. I also had some questions that were answered and I feel more prepared to play to win and have fun!

The best of the Pickleball books I’ve read. Comprehensive, concise, and very readable. Too many pickleball books are written by pros who know the game but can't organize and express their ideas clearly, making their books tedious and frustrating. This author thoroughly researched the field including interviewing pros, and then wrote clearly and understandably. Packed with useful information and a pleasure to read.

Took a pickleball class and this was the textbook. It’s really well written and easy to read. Great way to learn about this fun sport!

Great book for Pickleball. I am an ex-tennis player and new to pickleball - the explanations of shot dynamics, rules, techniques and strategies are helping me to both learn the game and to understand the differences between my past and present pastimes. I checked a lot of books before purchasing and I felt this was the best choice. After receiving it, I am sure of that. It is thorough without overwhelming the reader and has a lot of photos for the visual learner on shot making. Nicely laid out - I will refer back to sections as I become more proficient. Highly recommended.

Excellent book for understanding and improving your game, whether a beginner or experienced player of the game. Ms Leach provides a solid resource for the game of pickleball, providing a glossary of terms, strategies for singles and doubles play, tips and tricks for improving grips, serves and returns, and much more. The helpful illustrations in this book give readers at all levels of play additional reinforcement of all the important fundamentals of this fast-growing sport. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking to improve his or her pickleball play on the court and knowledge of the sport in general.

The book is poorly bound. I have to press flat each page on the left side to read the sentence. Otherwise cant complete reading the sentence as there is no margin in the center, words go right into the centerfold.

We are a new pickleball club and found tis book invaluable . Without it ,there would be arguments about rules etc, as sometimes you need to see these things on paper!

I have been playing Pickleball for almost a year and then bought this book and it is wonderful reminder or the rules and game and also very helpful in procedures.

Bit expensive for what you're getting but it was good
