Be it Square or Circular Cake, both look great!
As a caterer, this cake plateau is for tiered wedding or celebratory cake presentation. I bought this reconditioned (used) knowing it would not be perfect. It does show some wear and the center is ever so slightly indented but still an elegant piece for the intended use.
