It's not as good as I hoped
It's not as good as I hoped. I am a male, 6'2, over 200lbs. I do Yoga and Pilates mostly due to my back issues. I like those big blow-up balls but not interested in keeping that in my home. I liked this concept for I can shove it in my closet and it doesn't take much room and it will go over my Rumble Roller.I used it today and it's okay. I was able to stretch but I didn't like the balance aspect of it. I would have preferred this thing be twice as wide. I learned the hard-way today that if you don't properly position plus balance it will slip on to it's side and you land right on top of it and trust me that hurts!Once I balanced it and myself I was able to get a stretch. But I will say it again wish it was twice as wide.If I had to buy it again I would not in it's present design.
