Easy to be use garlic puree
Wanted a bulk order, and quick and easy to use in cooking if don’t have time to cut up cloves of garlic. Arrived in great time.

Quick, lazy and long shelf life in comparison
A quick (and if I'm honest - a lazy) way to use garlic. Taste is on a par with fresh but shelf live is far longer. Quicker to cook out than fresh (very quick), I'll often put a pan of pasta on (spaghetti is a good one for this) and whilst it cooks I add this garlic, tomato puree, chilli, oil and water to a pan and reduce to a thick tomato sauce as the pasta cooks for a quick and very tasty Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce dish, adding the pasta to the sauce when cooked and mixing through thoroughly.
