We bought this back in July 2019. It was used sporadically. I mostly used it while we were vacationing to make mudslides (in other words: mudslide mix which is pure liquid plus a scoop of ice cream) and margaritas (ie, margarita mix, which is a liquid, plus a few pieces of diced fruit and crushed ice cubes). Thinking back, and also trying to be fair to manufacturer, I can't say I forced it to make anything that it wasn't advertised as being completely able to handle. In addition, I never dropped it. Overall, I think I used it 20 times. Recently, as I was cleaning it, I noticed 2 cracks in the plastic around the blade's shaft. On closer inspection, I found that the cracks go all the way through the plastic. That means whatever liquid I put into the blender could leak onto the internal motor. Unfortunately, these "personal blenders" are made so you can't open them. You cannot "service" the device. So if, for instance, I wanted to take it apart and attempt to glue the plastic together on the non-food side of things, it can't be done without utterly destroying the device. I *could* attempt to glue the plastic on the food-side. I don't know about anyone else, but that idea is rather unappealing to me.So, unfortunately, into the trash it goes.It was a "nice" blender while it lasted. It was powerful, did a surprisingly good job considering it's battery operated. Matter of fact, when it came to making a smoothly blended drink, it actually did a *better* job than our full-sized blender (although, of course, it can't make a pitcher-full in one go like the full-size can). And I loved how portable it was, we always made sure to take it on vacation with us in our RV. Also liked the power indicator on the front as that would let me know when I need to recharge it.There were a few things that I wish had been designed better. For instance, I wish it had been designed so it was slightly easier to clean. It's difficult to get the rubber rings out of it so you can clean them properly. As someone else pointed out, you end up having to *dig* at the rings to try to get them out. I was always worried I would tear them up. However, if you don't remove them, then in no time at all, they are gummy, moldy and just nasty. Also wish the USB slot for recharging it wasn't on the underside / bottom of the thing as that meant it has to lie down on it's side in order to charge, which, in turn, means it could roll around (not something you want happening while in a RV driving down the road).I've been looking at replacements. There are literally DOZENS (if not hundreds) of personal blenders similar to this one so even though this one doesn't happen to be on the market anymore, I have plenty to choose from. In the meantime, however, I haven't quite decided if I should just view these things as "disposable" (ie, just buy the cheapest POS personal blender available figuring that, eventually, the next one's case will also crack or its motor will die, etc..). Or buy one that's better quality than this one. At $40, however, I *thought* I did buy a high quality one.

This is an update to my previous review. Apparently, they READ the reviews to try and satisfy their customers. I rcvd an email apologizing for the issue and an offer to send me a replacement, which they did very promptly! I have it now, but have not yet used it, so I’m really hoping it works for a long time! Increased stars for the excellent (tho took a bit) customer service***We are full time RV’rs, so having a 12v blender was the perfect idea for my morning shake. However, it stopped working after just a couple of uses. I contacted Amazon support who did nothing and I couldn’t find a way to contact seller. It’s in the garbage now and I’m out $37. Do not waste your money on this piece of junk

Guess if you're a gambler, it's for you. I was skeptical because of the people that said they tried it once or twice and it quit working, and there were no returns possible, but I tried it anyways. It worked really well for a few months... almost a year... but then it just stopped being able to charge, the light in the middle stayed lit when it charged but it stopped working. It was the best one I could find and I love that it had like 15 oz. Capacity.. I even shared the link for it when people asked about it when I posted about it. So I took a risk and bought another one. Have a trip coming up on the 29th.. and the dang thing stopped working after like one use, so disappointed.. not spending money on this again...

This is a very powerful portable blender. The problem with most portable blenders is that they are under powered. This blender does not have that problem. It’s motor is definitely more powerful than the average portable blender. I’ve had a few blenders, this is the best portable one I’ve ever had. I love that I can put in ice and it blends it up for smoothies or mixed drinks, and I can take it on the go. It was definitely a great purchase.

I bought this product previously loved it worked perfect for smoothies just for myself but my first one quit after the first battery life then it didn’t work anymore after I tried to charge it.I reached out to the sellers and they offered to refund a second one for me since it seemed to be a battery issue and I usually like to give things at least one more chance.I received my second one same thing worked great up until it ran out of battery. I’ve tried charging it a couple times and nothing.Each time I had this product it lasted about 3 months before it quit working.

It seemed to be just what I was looking for. It stopped working after the 3rd use. There was no misuse. I kept it below the maximum line when filled using reasonable chunks of fruit. It appears charged but nothing. Disappointed.Update!! I’m going to have to give it to this company! After submitting the above review a second product showed up on my door. No questions asked. No problems at all with this one. This is what customer service should be. So impressed!

The media could not be loaded.  I’m using this blender almost daily for making smoothies or protein shakes and I’m loving it! Trying to have a healthy lifestyle, this small blender is one of the important things to have, it crush nuts and ice nicely and super fast + easy to clean! I honestly have no complains. Also the customer service is fantastic they have kind people especially nick who gave me a fast support, thank you NemeWorld for this great blender! Definitely 5 Stars

It does a wonderful job at giving smoothies a frothy consistency. My main issue is the even with crushed ice or the tiny cubes made with the provided tray, the blender did very poorly at grinding them down
