I bought a 16g, 8mm ring and it fits perfectly in my nostril. It was fairly easy to get in, no annoying little ball. I like that it spins completely, makes for easy cleaning. It's perfectly snug, for a "dainty" feel.

Exactly what I've been looking for! I've tried sooo many types of hoops for my helix peircings, and they have all had some issue. These are easy to put in and close, you can't see the seams, and the rings aren't flimsy so they don't warp easily. Would definitely get again and I strongly recommend this to people struggling to find a good cartilage hoop.Update:I've had these for a year and a half now and haven't had to replace them for any reason. Still very easy to get in and close. I sleep and work with these in and they are great! Best hoop by far

This is the answer to my prayers. I use this as a nose ring. Every other nose ring I’ve had falls out in the shower. I always forget to take it out before and it goes down the drain. I’ve lost at least 10. The fact that this snaps closed so far is WORKING. It hasn’t opened on me yet, knock on wood.Just be careful to check the measurements and order your right size. I have a small nose and need a tiny little ring... 6mm (1/4 inch) diameter and the average gauge is 20 for noses I believe. That’s what I wear.

I have been chomping at the bit waiting for my septum piercing to heal so I could change my jewelry from that obnoxious-looking horseshoe barbell to a small, dainty ring! I wasn't sure what size to get (don't know if my piercing is considered high, low, or normal?), so based on other reviews I ordered both the 8mm and the 6mm.Got the 8mm today; it was a bit tricky to get in ("That's what she said") and click it closed, but I finally managed and it looks so much better than those big-ass balls hanging below my nose.There IS a gap for me, as evidenced in the photo. I don't think it looks TOO big or bullish; however, I am curious to see how the 6mm fits when I get it next week because I want something a bit more snug. Will try to update my review at that time, as well as note durability, ease of cleaning, any discoloration, smell, etc.(Yes, smell! Sounds gross, but I have noticed that some so-called surgical steel [sub-par] jewelry tends to collect anaerobic bacteria moreso than others, resulting in that unappealing odor that occasionally emits from piercings even when cleaned properly and regularly.)UPDATE DEC. 9: I received the 6mm (16g surgical steel) ring today. Surprisingly, it's too snug for my liking. The ring definitely pinches my nose and doesn't spin freely at all. I wore it for about a day and noticed upon removal that one side of my nostril was chafed. Fortunately this seller offers a 7mm size, so I've ordered one of those. Hopefully 7mm will be the perfect fit!UPDATE DEC. 22: The 7mm ring is much better. Actually, a 6.5mm would be "perfect," but we take what we can get ... plus, this seller seems to be the only one here on Amazon who offers the odd 7mm size, so I appreciate that. Spins easily in my septum yet looks snug. Super happy with all the rings (despite my own trial-and-error sizing issues - not the seller's problem) and with the customer service. In fact, I just placed another order for more septum jewelry. :)UPDATE FEB. 1: Just wanted to report that the jewelry seems to be good quality; no excessive offensive odors or tarnishing/discoloration. I've mainly been wearing the 7mm ring, but out of morbid curiosity I decided to try the 6mm again (I believe I have what is considered a low septum piercing) It looks awesome, super-snug and almost incognito, but alas ... definitely too small. Had it in less than a day and my piercing started to hurt because the ring was being pulled downward on it. No bueno! I really wish a 6.5mm size was available, which I realize is completely non-standard so it will probably never happen. I'm going to check out Etsy since there are many sellers that offer built-to-order, custom-sized body jewelry. All in all, still very happy with the septum rings I've bought here. I put it in and as soon as I was able to clasp it closed without hurting myself, I thought it looked and felt great! Little did I know that within a couple of days my nose would develop an allergic reaction and be swollen and burning and red. As soon as I took this ring out and put a stud back into my nose, the redness and swelling was gone within 12 hours (so I know it's this jewelry that caused it). Would've been great if this was purely legitimate surgical steel.

I'm writing a completely honest review.I was excited to get this because I thought it was surgical steel, like the description said as it lists it as 316L. Like others on here I had an allergic reaction and was forced to take this out. I had it in as a nose ring for 2 days and by the time the 2nd day rolled around my nose was throbbing to the rythmn of my heart and my nostril was 2 sizes bigger than the left side. I have some kind of infection now and in order to remove I had to take a pair of wire cutters to get it off because the clasp was so tight.I put the previous ring in I had (real surgical steel) and I have had no issues.This is cheap metal and I will not buy again. Lesson learned.

I have been looking everywhere for a seamless nose ring with a clasp that is thin enough (20mm) and small enough (7mm). It seems like once you get to that small of a size, the rings can't have a clasp. Except for this ring!! I had been trying to use the ones that you bend into shape and squeeze the ends together, but they were always misshapen by the time I got them in, and the spot where the ends came together was never perfectly smooth.Once the nose ring is in, it's a little difficult to close it, but manageable (easier than the ones where you squeeze them back into shape in my opinion). I haven't tried re-opening it and taking it out, so I can't speak to that. But so far I am very happy.I have pretty sensitive skin (even my lobe piercings get finicky with certain metals) but I have had no trouble at all with this ring.This is one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon; you can't find a product like this anywhere else.

This ring is pretty good. I am used to a partial ring and accidentally dropped mine down the sink and this ring does the trick pretty well. The one issue I have with it is that it's super difficult to undo when it's in your nose. I actually had to use pliers because the clasp is so tight. But if you don't plan on taking it out often then this ring is a pretty good deal and seems fairly high quality.

This is a really great ring!! It came exactly on time, and was well packaged, it didn't tarnish when I sanitized it and it wears comfortably. I was a little worried about quality, but its great! It's also VERY easy to put in and take out, close and open, and I haven't had any problems what so ever with it randomly opening, or falling out. One thing which is a downside is I ordered my ring a size too big, but that was my mistake.

I've gotten a couple of these so far, and they have not disappointed. They haven't caused any discomfort, or changed colours.

I have always had a hard time finding a nose ring that doesn't hang too far down. I have a relatively small nose and therefore the standard size does not fit. I bought the 18 gauge, 6mm sized hoop, it is a very good quality metal. If you have a small nose or low piercing I 100% recommend this product.

Received this ring which ended up being way too small, once I contacted the seller about it they replaced it for free and let me keep the old one which was super awesome of them :) All around it was a cute little ring but I found it to be a bit too thick and probably a bit impure in the metal as it kept getting infected. Great customer service though :)

I thought was a pair of earrings way to small for and type of peircing not happy feel mislead waste of money

I've been wearing them in my ears and have not gotten any sort of infection. The colour and size selection is amazing.

I had major issues with the coating on this. It caused my nose to stay irritated constantly. Once I removed it the infection went away. The closure was also extremely hard to open and close.

To big for my nose but i use it for my lip instead lolGood strong material.

I got the 16g 8mm black ring and it fits perfect! If you are looking like a tight fit like my picture, I will be buying to 10mm too! Thank you
