I've been using various types of pillows of various thickness and firmness and it has been extremely hard to find the right one. For years, I've gone through many different pillows, most end up causing some sort of ache by the end of the night. I got this pillow based on the reviews, knowing however that not everyone likes the same pillow. This is the first pillow of this type I've purchased with the specific intent to improve my posture while I sleep and hopefully improve the quality of my rest.I am a side and back sleeper, and find myself shifting MANY times from side to side, to my back all through the night.I got this pillow, and after using it for a few minutes I began to feel an ache in my neck. I thought maybe it was too hard...figured maybe if I slept on it all night long, I would regret it with a crook in the neck for days, so after only those few minutes I bailed on it and put my regular setup of pillows. Disappointed that perhaps I'd have to return it.The next night, I decided to try it again, but decided to intentionally go a little longer. I probably used it for maybe 30 minutes this time, before I felt like an ache was beginning to develop in my neck or shoulders. I bailed on it again, and went with my usual setup.Determined to give it a fair shake, but not wanting to cause a lot of pain because of it, I decided to try again the third night and essentially figured I'd increasingly add more time each night. Well, I must of been really tired, or something in my posture clicked because the next think I remember, I was waking up in the morning having felt quite rested. I slept on the pillow all night long, with no aches whatsoever.Since that third night, I have slept ONLY on this pillow and while I haven't yet had it for a month, I find that I shift MUCH less than before. And because the pillow maintains its support all night, I do not wake several times to readjust my old pillow setup for better support throughout the nights. I feel like my deep sleep cycles last longer.I'll update again later if things change but for now I'd encourage you to give it a fair shake. If you've been sleeping on something else that holds your neck differently, you may need to work yourself into this in stages like me. I love that both ends of the pillow have a bit of a higher contour than the center in order to hold your spine straight while on my sides. I can definitely feel the difference in the better support throughout the night. And while I might have thought it was too firm initially, it is just right. And while I might have felt like it wasn't high enough, I realize now it is just the right height.If there is any disadvantage with this pillow, the only thing I can say is that I'm used to having the soft cool feel of my pillows up around my checks while resting/sleeping and this does not provide that, but the advantages seem to far outweigh this and I suspect in time I'll get used to this new feel and not miss the old setup in any way.

First of all, MY RATINGS SAYS IT ALL. It’s SUPER Amazing and Incredible! This pillow does its MAGIC. I have been looking for a pillow that is soft, cushy, snug to my neck and shoulders. I tried touching different memorY pillows, aside from expensive prices it didn’t pass my standard, so That’s why I never bought one of those. Just recently I had this stiff neck like so extremely bad way overboard That lasted a week. Any exercises didn’t worked for me. So my husband searched for a pillow and found THIS! 👆🏼The shipment was fast that as soon as it was in my doorstep i hurriedly tore the packaging and tested it. BOOM! God answered our prayers to find a remedy to heal it ‘coz my neck-shoulders-back spine area was hard and swollen. This pillow has two versions: soft or medium soft (just a little bit hard than the soft one don’t know how to describe it). The first I one i got was the medium that HELPED TREATS MY STIFF NECK. A very good neck pain support, so comfy, elastic. It holds the contours of the head and neck, distributing weight evenly, relieving pressure, and helping with neck and back pain. This can also help with a better night's sleep and a feeling of well restedness.Just One night sleeping on this pillow you will definitely feel the improvement of your neck pain, it does take away the ache and agony of sleeping in one side or straight up only. This has become my pillow eversince and will not exchange this to any memory pillow at all NEVER. I found the pleasure, the relief and satisfaction during my sleep and upon waking up, no aches no neck restraints.One more PROS on this pillow is that the customer service is SUPERB! I am running out of words now. They contacted me and asked how I loved the pillow? I honestly told them it served its purpose. But if only they have the softer one I would certainly love it more. And after several exchange of emails, THEY SENT ME A SOFTER VERSION and it arrived today! It’s like OMG i can’t believe it!!!! It’s soft enough to mold the neck. The softer version is the one for me. It’s PERFECT! I can now sleep well.Quality, durability, effectiveness, price, customer service EVERYTHING IN ONE. I LOVE THIS PILLOW!❤️❤️❤️

As someone who has trialed dozens of pillows, I bought this one on a whim assuming it would join the dust heap of other pillows. And it almost did. Unlike many other reviewers, mine Unioncame with the extra foam attachment to thicken the middle neck portion for sleeping on your back. After a couple nights of sore necks, I took the pillow apart and unexpectedly found the foam insert and removed it. I’ve been sleeping with no neck pain since, and I can actually enjoy sleeping both on my side and on my back. The cusion was unexpectedly comfortable too. If it wasn’t for the affordable price, I never would have tried this pillow (you don’t want to know the money I’ve wasted on “high-end” pillows), but don’t let the price fool you. This pillow has been life-changing for me.Update: This is still a great pillow, but unfortunately my neck pain has returned. I need a more extreme version of this pillow, thinner in the middle for back sleeping and slighter thicker on the sides for side sleeping (my shoulders are broad). Any suggestions?
