The fryer arrived securely packed with a large number of attachments. I liked the design of the controls, with modifiable presets. So far I have tried it once, with excellent results. I followed the french fry recipe which came with it. It was easy to do, and for the first time in my life I ate totally grease-less french fries! My three-year old granddaughter abandoned her meal to gobble them up, with enthusiastic help from her younger sister. She asked me why they are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. That describes the french fried potatoes of my dreams! I will update this in the future when I try cooking other foods with this fryer, probably falafel and lumpia. I am already planning to get rid of our annoyingly messy deep fat fryer in favor of this one.ADDENDUM: I cooked falafel balls in it, experimenting with times and temperatures. I always used the included wire basket. The "wings" setting (390 degF, 15 minutes) worked well for me. There was a nice crispy crust, and the inside was soft but cooked. If you give it 10 minutes, it will still be cooked all the way through, but with a thin crispy crust. I will start cooking this more than I used to - it has been a rare dish in my household because I hate dealing with the mess and trouble of cooking in oil.

This item feels well-built and is intuitive to use. Which is a good thing, because the instructions are lacking a little detail... would also have liked to see more recipes included. But other than that, it does the job quite well. I love that it can do so many different tasks!Oh, and one more note for the manufacturer, if you're reading this: the door would be better off with a "side/vertical hinge" - i.e. to open more like a refrigerator door (swing out sideways), rather than opening downward like the door of a conventional oven, the way it does now. Other than that, keep up the good work!

I never got to used the air fryer*** door would not stay close The air fryer oven look good and had lots of pre set cooking time, looked like it would be easy to used , packaged well**** I wish I could had kept it, I like have it looked, I have seen other in store and on line this one has the most cooking pre set time and cooking accessories for the price just had the problem with the door not staying shut good**** could have been just this one I received with the door problem. It had lots of good reviews ***** but I return this air fryer oven back to amazon and I will watch , wait and read more review on this air fryer oven, and wait before I reorder another chef wave upgraded air fryer oven to see if any others may have the same type door problems.*

hard to keep clean can't clean between the glass panels

Whoever is purchasing this, please think twice. Mine was received defective and it did not work out of the box. It appears the power button was not functioning, preventing all functions to be disabled. While mine was probably an exception, please beware that overall the oven appears to be cheaply made, including the control knob that turns as if it was a toy. Also, the "recipe book" is only a small pamphlet that has very few recopies. My gut advice is to look elsewhere.

I bought this for me to use on the patio when it’s too hot to use the oven indoors. It’s easy, fast and food tastes great. Bonus, my husband likes to use it to cook too!

Great product, great tasting food and easy to use and clean. Product came with crack on the side front. Only cosmetically, doesn’t effect the cooking, still a crack on a expensive item. Buyer Beware.

Cooks fast! If you season your meat well...let lt sit about a half-hour to marinate, then cook it the way you want. You'll not be disappointed. Cook, bake fry, steam, rotisserie...do it all in minutes!!! Buying one for my daughter for Christmas...that all she wants after eating the fried chicken...cooked with no oil...she cannot believe it. She cannot stop talking about it. The only thing I find that was inadequate was the poor lighting inside to see the food. No other complaints. Be sure to pull it away from the wall before cooking...the heat needs to escape. We keep the fan on to circulate the heat from the smoke detector.

I'm very happy with the product, could use a better cook book to help one use the product better, other wise very happy

***UPDATEExactly 1 year and a few weeks after I purchased this air fryer and now it has completely died. We used it 3 days ago flawlessly. Today went to turn on and dead....VERY disappointed. We loved this thing!!

Love it , easy to use-and cleaning is no problem .The Rotisserie attachment is wonderful !

Using the airfryer for a month now. Could be a good machine but there is 2 problem for me. One is just annoying. would be nice if the function position would be light up instead of just a point besides the function. hard to see for people with old eyes.the other is more serious. the door has a very poor design. the door has a vertical play and because of that does not want to close all the time unless you lifting up the door buy hand when it is in close position. The company should use a latch on the 2 pins what holding the door and the problem would be fixed. what i see lot of people with the machine has the problem with the door. So this problem should be fixed, if the company care to sell more. I am not advising this machine for people with no mechanical skill, knowledge.
