Great for your brain and your joints!
These were purchased for both my pregnant wife and me, but she ended up taking most of them. Everyone's heard of the fact that omega-3s are a heart-healthy fat, but there's so much more to it than that. I had been dealing with inflammation and irritation in both my elbows from playing tennis and working out. A little cloudy
I read that when you put the fish oil capsules in the freezer, if they are pure they will not cloud up. These capsules get a little cloudy but it quickly dissipates, so they are mostly pure, high quality, and refined, but not completely.
