These are lovely plates with good finely detailed designs. They not the cheapest plates, but I feel the quality of the product makes them worth every penny. My wife and I have always looked after our plates, mugs, and other kitchen items and the plates we have used for the last 10-15 years are matt black and we have about a dozen of them. So we bought two of these plates with different designs as a total contrast and we are 100% happy with them. We had looked in several supermarkets for something but with little luck finding plates with a bit of zing.What I do not know is how they will cope with dishwashers or microwaves. We do not have a dishwasher and do not intend to stick them in the microwave.They also arrived well wrapped each plate in its own box and then those in a larger box so you are unlikely to receive a pile of bitsGreat product. . . . .
