When this luggage first arrived I was really impressed that at all of the different pieces fit well all within the largest suitcase. When I pulled out the original suitcase it was very sturdy and definitely as it looks online. I like that the different bags have built-in locks that you can sent and that the exterior is sturdy and from what I can see it will hold up well in the handling from TSA.You really are getting quite a deal for the price with the amount of bags that you get. One of the things that I always look at when it comes to luggage is how well they close and I can say that the zipper is on these bags work very well and whether you need a large or a small bag these bags will definitely Safeguard what you have inside.I also was appreciative that there or a few different colors to choose from. As you can see we chose the silver and we really like how it looks.As mentioned, when you get your luggage it will be stacked and all of the bags will be inside of one another. Once I took all of the bags out I found that they easily stack again inside of one another and we decided to keep them stacked until we needed to use them next.So far we have been very impressed with this luggage and I would highly recommend it to others.

The luggage set came and is exactly what we wanted and we are happy with the looks and how quickly it arrived, except it came with the largest one locked and stuck with the other pieces inside of it. We tried everything to get it open and had no luck so we resorted to using an object to lift the lock in order to release the zippers. We don't want to return them because we need them for our vacation but may have to if we cannot figure out how to fix this issue. We really want to be able to use the locks but it looks like we won't have that luxury.

My first trip using the next to largest luggage and the lock would not open once I got to the hotel. This is some garbage. I was so excited about this set and now I am so disappointed. I want my money back. 000 doesn’t work to reset the lock. I didn’t even get a chance to set a combo. A waist of money. I had to cut the lock to get to my clothing. Smh. They get 0 stars.

I bought this luggage and the lock # for the large bag was not at 000 when I recieved it. I did not pay attention to the number it was at and put it to 000 to set my code after I packed all my wedding stuff in it. I cant unlock it. There is no # to call for help, not anywhere not even google. I called Amazon and they really tried everything to help, and all their contact numbers they have DONT WORK. I watched youtube video it says once the 3 digit code is set thats it and cant be changed unless you know the 3 digit code sooo if you forget your S.O.L. I had to use a screw driver to push the pins down to open it

I actually couldn’t believe that this kind of luggage set was available at this price point. When I got the item delivered I was amazed. The quality is good for the price point and I loved the color. I travel a lot with family so this was a great buy for me. Highly recommend!

I have had this luggage set for a while now. I am really impressed with the quality of products used in making this product. I have used it for a couple international trips and the bags have made it back without any damages or issues. The empty bags themselves are not very heavy so one can pack in a lot of their personal stuff. The wheels appeared to be flimsy when I first took the bags out of the box, but they have surprised me.Overall a really good buy.

I disliked this product from the time I received it. It might have a hard side, but not much of one. I wanted something more durable than this. I will be sending this product back for it was no where near what I was looking for!!

I bought this and just traveled 1 time and it is broken!!!!! I want my money back!!!!
