I was disappointed with this belt because it was too big and I could not adjust it to fit snuggly around my waist so it jostles as I run. Also, the compartment is located in the same area where you can attach a race number in the front which is also uncomfortable and the race number can not sit flat and flaps during a run. I would have preferred the compartment in the back

Used this in the Chicago Marathon on 10/13/2019. The pouch held an iPhone X and AirPod Case, the loops held 4 packs of Sport Beans. All I can say is that I forgot I was wearing it and set a sub 4 PR. I strongly recommend this product to all the runners out there.

I have more than my fair share of belts, vests and other hydration apparatuses for racing and this is my new go to. Fits a 500 mL flask in pouch which is great to keep water on on you.

My phone fits in pouch, lip balm, & the belt is comfortable and excellent material and quality

Well made but gel packets slip out from elastic holders.
