I received this portable charger PowerXcel 1000 on April 3 and it's now May 15 2018 and it stopped charging , once powered on for 1-2 minutes it will automatically power down , I've repeated this cycle several timed for several days and now it's after the return policy allowed time to return and I'm stuck with a broken product that I can not use.

So far so good, only used a few times so far... but happy. Holds charge out in the cold.

Its a heavy, sturdy charger. My only complain is that it came with now wall charger. I had to purchase my own charger to charge it.

This portable charging station is perfect. Easy to charge with the same outlet-USB plug you use with your phone. The charge stays in the battery forever too so you don't have to worry about it fading if you don't use it. It is perfect for long trips where its tough to find outlets and with the dual charging ports it works great for you and a friend. The battery is huge and can hold enough juice for more than 4 charges of your phone. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a way to give their phone a quick charge on the go. 5/5

Junk!!! Used it three times, now it won't charge up anymore...what a waste!!!

Got this as a present last year. Was working great. I loved the flashlight part of it until today when it turned in to a strobe light. Cant find anything online about instructions or features. So it's my new paperweight.
