Will they grow
The tubers are all shriveled up & soft, I doubt seriously they will grow. I have several Dahalias and done of the tubers looked like this

only one of 2 pit up a sprout ill come back when i get a bloom their photo looks photoshopped to me
im praying this is a real tartan ddahhlia these if real arent fragrant that i know of im a nationally accredited flower jugei labled mine= china tartan came by china "post"
