Contacted manufacturer Skywalker Trampolines (per the included instructions and manual) and this was their reply "The trampoline was purchased from Sooper Dooper Super Market who is not an authorized retailer
DO NOT BUY off of Amazon without further research! NO WARRANTY - NOT A MANUFACTURER AUTHORIZED DEALER OF SKYWALKER TRAMPOLINES!! Product broke 5 mins after we spent hours assembling it. Contacted manufacturer Skywalker Trampolines (per the included instructions and manual) and this was their reply "The trampoline was purchased from Sooper Dooper Super Market who is not an authorized retailer, your trampoline is not covered under our manufactures warranty. Our warranty only covers products purchased directly from an authorized retailer because we can guarantee the product is new and free of defects. Trampolines purchased from unauthorized retailers could have been tampered with as many people have access to box banders, staples and have the ability to remove and replace parts, and sell used or damaged units. Most unauthorized retailers purchase used or returned trampolines from auctions and have been known to re-box or band the trampolines. Therefore we cannot guarantee the product is new and free of defects. We recommend contacting Sooper Dooper Super Market regarding your enclosure net and asking them to provide a replacement. If they have any questions regarding not being an authorized retailer, you may send this email to them as reference." I contacted Sooper Dooper explaining that after about 5 mins of use a weld sheared on one of the safety net support poles. While I did get a quick response, it was a form email basically saying sorry it was damaged in shipping and they would organize a return label. They didn't read my email. It was not damaged in shipping. I don't have the enormous boxes to totally disassemble and ship the ENTIRE thing back when a replacement part would be acceptable. I replied saying it was not damaged in shipping and now have heard NOTHING! My kids LOVE the trampoline and I would buy a Skywalker Trampoline again, BUT MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER!! Nowhere on Amazon did I notice anything about being or not being an authorized dealer (frankly it never occured to me before this incident), so learn from my mistake and ask questions I never thought to ask.

Installation tips here! It pays to do it right the first time!
Installation is definitely a two-person job. It helps to have a couple of kids helping as well. It took us two evenings of about 2 hours each. I'm pretty good at building things and this was no easy task. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. The pictures included are laughable. Prepare yourself to make a few mistakes along the way and do a little backtracking. One piece of advice is to not tie the spring pad down until the very end. That way if something isn't lined up correctly, it's not the end of the world. Also, there is no reason to tie the spring pad down so tightly that undoing it in the future will be impossible. Make sure when you line up the zipper door to a T-brace (you do this BEFORE connecting any springs), that you align the zipper with a T-Brace that DOES NOT have a bracket for installing an enclosure pole. There are 6 T-braces with brackets that hold the enclosure poles, and 6 T-braces that do not have a bracket for the enclosure poles. You want to align the zipper door with a T-brace that DOES NOT hold a enclosure pole. If you make this mistake you are in a world of hurt. The instructions do not mention this and that causes trouble for a lot of people. The kids enjoy jumping on the thing (one at a time!) and it seems pretty sturdy. On one of the enclosure poles I had to drill a hole for one of the bolts because it was not correctly drilled at the factory. Other than that one mistake all parts were correctly included. I'm glad it's done and it's a lot bigger than I was expecting. Good luck!***UPDATE: Been using this for several weeks now. I ended up not tying the spring pad down at all - there really is no reason to tie it down - it's not going anywhere in stays in place all by itself. Otherwise we are happy with the purchase. Happy jumping!

Had it for 6 months..still going strong
Ok, so after MUCH reviewing I decided to buy this trampoline for our 13 year old Son. I am thrilled that I did. We have had it for 6 months and it is still wonderful. We live in Arizona where trampolines (anything outside actually) takes a beating from the sun. So far this is great. My Son loves it. It was easy-ish to set up (plan on a few hours and follow instructions by actually reading them). We bought the $76 basketball hoop addition and it didn't fare too well but it was fun while it lasted (the velcro was a pain and wouldn't stay just right..but again my son is 13). I would buy this model again for sure. I hope this helps. Paying it forward to those who helped me decide on this one. Thanks!

Great Trampoline
We have had this trampoline for almost a year. I read a review from someone who was skeptical of a review not written immediately after purchase of an item. I actually prefer reviews of items after the item has been used for a period of time. I don't give a crud if the item is pretty out of the box, I want to see how the item holds up to use. Just wanted to explain why I waited to review this product.I was concerned with a lower cost trampoline (I wanted the $1000 high end one but was overruled). I feared the old "get what you pay for" adage. This trampoline has held up wonderfully. It still looks good after baking in the summer sun and surviving the winter rains and cold. My husband and SIL set it up in a few hours with a few minor hiccups (previous reviewers explained the issues). We had some heavy winds last winter and the trampoline didn't move an inch.My daughter has had up to three of her friends on it at once. Both my husband and I have jumped with her (not all three of us at the same time). Neither of us are skinny minnies, so the trampoline holds up under our weight with my 50 pound daughter. We've had one accident with a neighbor kid who fell out but it was because she and the other neighbor kid didn't zip up the safety net after they got in (my fault for the lack of direct supervision). The safety net works fabulously when used properly!Bottomline, I highly recommend this trampoline!
