These tips take some work, but they're worth it. The tip goes on pretty easily. I've had good luck with gorilla glue. The shaping is fairly easy, the polish of the sides is pretty easy too. After picking the ever living crap out of it, and then polishing the top surface to remove the little 'hairs' that poke out after picking, the tip holds chalk well and puts a pretty good spin on the cue ball. Worth the price, but don't expect magic and don't expect it to be a quick or easy tip change process.

Looks like mine's the first review for these, so hope this helps.Decided to try these based on the medium soft rating and price. Quality looks good, and the tip went on and shaped easy enough, but the tip was not soft enough for me - could not get near the grip or connection to get the English I need to periodically use when playing. It played a little better after some serious scuffing and picking, but it was not enough of an improvement.I'm going back to an Elkmaster.  Elkmaster 13 m.m. "soft" cue tips - quantity of 12
