Great cooking history and early recipes.
The book arrived quickly and just as advertised. Early recipes from Santa Fe collected by Sam Arnold are a gold mine of information. Ya need this book in your collection!

Excellent piece of history!
I bought this to use for research purposes, and it is an excellent reference. Also the 'modernization' of the recipes allows us to try them out using today's products. Well done!
