Fun ExpressThumbs Up Trophies for Good Job Award - Set of 12 - Classoom Rewards and Staff Appreciation Awards

I love these thumbs up trophies. I work at a school where we have a lot of behavior issues but I am determined for these trophies to help me turn that around. I use these in the classroom in different ways but one way is that throughout class I will hand three out as class goes on and at the end of class I will select one MVP and take that students picture with the trophy and send the picture to a parent but they don't keep the trophy. At the end of the year, lile maybe the last week of school I will let the kids keep it if they win it. You can also use thesefor any kind of contest, highest test scores or whatever! Tons of uses!

I bought these trophies as workload appreciation for my employees. They are extremely light weight. The is painted plastic, no metal here for those of you wondering. "Thumbs up" is printed on the base. I used gold envelope lables and my deskjet printer to print out name plates. They went over very well, and the employees present these proudly on their desks. A great little motivator, and it shows the people that you care. There was some flaking and speckling on a few of the trophies, which is to be expected for such a low priced product, but that is what's keeping this from a 5 star rating.

These are perfect!! I am giving them out as awards to my team for a job well done.********Update******* 5/6/16- I ordered another box of these and still love them. They have gone over well at work and my employees really like them. The odd thing is that the first set were just blank on the base but the second set arrived and it says "thumbs up" on the base. I wish the first round would have had that written on the base as well. Kind of odd that the sets were a little different but I will continue to buy more.

At my school during our Discover U College and Career week, teachers decorated their classroom doors with designs depicting the college(s) they attended. To build staff enthusiasm and to reinforce participation we had a competition. At our staff meeting, 1st - 3rd place trophies were awarded to a resounding applause. They were perfect for giving a little recognition to teachers who put extra effort into exposing students to their colleges. The trophies are plastic and light-weight but good-sized. These thumbs up trophies fit our budget for a fun prize.

As you would imagine given the price, they are light plastic but overall cleaner made than I thought. Nice for little gifts or for students. Not something I would consider as a serious trophy or gift. Dimensions is about 4-5 inches tall and the base is about 1 inch in radius (2 inches in diameter)

These are nice little awards to give out as morale-boosters. They are cheap, and that's good. On the other hand, they are so light-weight as to feel insubstantial. I mixed up a bit of plaster-of-paris and poured it into the bases and that gave them a little bit of heft. I also printed up some personalized labels on sticky paper and put them over the "Thumbs Up" painted on the base. With that little extra sprucing up, these were well-received.

I bought these as a party favor/ place setting at a "no more thumb sucking" party for my daughter. (We had used the incentive of a party to get her to stop sucking her thumb). They were perfect for our purpose. They are small and light--but great for our party and quite the cheap decoration.

I bought this for work. I work in an agile environment where we have demos every week and we do retrospectives and we give kudos to team members who have done great job so I thought this would be a great idea to present these to people at demos.I like the quality. good for the price and the color is great. arrived in time and no issues .everyone loved the idea and the product
