This item was not easy to use, however, I have to tell you that the supplier has been wonderful and has contacted me and refunded the full amount of the product. I had not contacted him because I felt this was a flawed product and there was really nothing he could do to put it right but they have been very generous.I feel it should be stated tho that you have to hold the water carrier when you fill it in order for it to extend and it gets heavy. It's also hard to hold when pouring and the tap kept twisting.

Its Ok ...but top was not watertight when screwed on. I did return - sellers were very helpfull .....it may be that i just got the one in a hundred !

Bought the 15L and used on recent camping holiday. really practical and packs down quite flat.

Good cheap water container that folds flat very small and is super useful on the campsite. Took it bicycle touring in the Netherlands.

Just what I was looking for and a lot stronger than I thought it would be, needed something to hold water in the car for when I am out with the dog and this is just perfect and very sturdy when full, highly recommended

Great idea not good in practice. Leaked alot and not easy to undo due to movability. I won't bother again
