Background:Currently on a cutting program. Going to the gym 5 times a week, 3 out of the 5 days i use this product. I've been using the product for 2 weeks straight.Pros:1. All natural ingredients. Clear labeling. Easy to understand.2. Stimulant rush is mild to medium. No rage lifting.3. Mental Focus is enhanced. I was focused on all my lifts.4. Pump is mild, helped during my exercises.Cons:1. I used the Rasberry Limeade flavor. It could use some work. There is a heavy herbal and bitter taste with the product. It's all natural so this isn't that much of a con. This could be very well subjective as I am used to other fruity pre-workout supplements.Conclusion:This product is worth the value in the performance, you just have to adjust for the flavor of the product.

This stuff works. Other products I have used in the past have made me jittery, upset my stomach and sometimes left me with a energy crash after they wear off. This gives me a good boost, has had no side effects with my stomach or digestive system.The taste is not the best but my remedy is to mix it with a "Keto Yogurt" and I also add a Lemon Flavored Omega 3 compound which I buy at Costco. Now it tastes great, I get the boost and I also get some healthy fat for a long energy release and the Omega 3 benefits for my joints and other advantages. I usually eat that about 45 minutes before my exercise to allow it to start to get into my system.I do not use this product after about 4:00PM as it can have a negative impact on my sleep . . . but I prefer early morning workouts anyway.

Much healthier options

Being an athlete that trains hard, it's a requirement that I have a pre workout that's strong enough to blast me through my body annihilating workouts. Also, being vegan it's hard to find a truly natural pre workout especially without sucralose, red# 40 and other unnecessary additives. I've tried countless products from other brands and found myself disappointed time and time again. Jitters, nausea, no effect, harsh crashes, etc. After diligent researching I came across Pure Power, the ingredients list checked out so I thought why not give it a shot. At an awesomely competitive price, all natural ingredients and backed by Australia's strong strongest man I had to give it a fair trial. After my first time mixing it up i my promixx and drinking it, I wasn't yet convinced... but about 20min later when I arrived at the gym I felt the kick. Like a sudden clarity and boost in energy, also to my surprise it was a lasting energy and I even hit a new pr on my squat that day. Since then I've been hooked, i even use it as a everyday energy supplement to get my day going strong. Never any crash and lasting energy for hours. I'm proud to say my gf is also using it with me for all her lifting days. A tremendously amazing product, highly recommend especially for all my plant based vegans out there.

I prefer this over many pre-workouts that are sold in GNC. Most of them are supper caffeinated and extremely sweet and gives me the jitters. This one doesn’t. You get used to the taste and it’s extremely effective. I felt immediately focused and had energy that went far beyond the time frame I set for working out. This will be my second purchase.

When the tingling first started my hands felt itchy and my lips felt burnt. Once I started to workout it felt better but didn't last long. Maybe the first 15-20 min of my workout. I never felt that burst of energy I was waiting for either. I was yawning. Then at the end of my workout I started to feel nauseous. Wasn't sure if I was going to have to pull over on the way home.Im not sure if I can get a refund now that it's opened but I won't be able to use this again.

This is a great preworkout! I came in pretty skeptical to say the least, having no artificial stimulants I figured this would just be a bad product. Their were no weird tingling sensation and no crash after, just a good solid boost of energy when I needed it. I was impressed. The taste of the flavored version leaves a little to be desired, but over all it's amazing. I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a prework out.

For any of you out there questioning buying this pre because of the taste of the unflavored.. just do it yes the taste is not the best but the effectiveness way out ways the negatives of taste. So just man up take the shot real quick and get ready to have a great workout with plenty of focus, great clean energy with smooth delivery, and also a slight face tingle that I love and isn't overpowering.. also the fact that is all natural and not filled with all kinds of non needed ingredients is great
