Justice League Odyssey (2018-) Vol. 1: The Ghost Sector Kindle & comiXology

Williamson is easily my favourite DC writer currently (look to his run on Flash and Justice League vs Suicide Squad if you want more examples of his stellar writing), and Sejic is one of my favourite artists (his work on several issues in the Dark Nights Metal crossover and his work outside DC on deviant art and Sunstone spring to mind). Putting these two together, with one of my favourite characters (Jessica Cruz) is a dream come true for me!

Amazing was very iffy on this title had some amazon credit and though what the heck was not let down. Story is amazing the art changes 3 times in 6 issues but they get a good artist each issue. Easy title to read not knowing what happened in the no justice event book prior to this highly recommended

I'm impressed by the art style and color. Can't wait to read more. The story grabbed me from the beginning.

Needed this book to catch up on my Year of the Villain reading and was well worth it.

Really wanted to like this title but was underwhelmed.

GREAT art, lovely story

I really love DC space stories which are not (mainly) Green Lantern (Corps) stories (though I love GL too). Too bad, but DC is not handling its deep space universe as good as Marvel. So I'm always glad to have a space adventure.But here it starts with the weak line-up: Cyborg never was a good leading character, just good in a supporting role. Same for Starfire. I love them both in a team. But when those are the ones in the lead role ... meh! And Azrael? Yeah, I understand ... totally unexpected to see the character in a outer space story. Still, totally displaced, not really interesting.Also the artwork is good, but somehow (these days) generic and ... yes ... replaceable. I hate the pseudo-stylish redesign of Darkseid. Is the nemesis of all good in the universe a fashion guy now?However, the story is readable and nice, but as mentioned above: far away from the really good stuff!
