You Are Loved: Embracing the Everlasting Love God has for You Paperback – May 17, 2014

Just the book I needed to read. I've began reading many books that claimed to make you feel closer to God, but "You Are Loved" truly makes me feel closer as I turn the pages of my bible and dig deeper. The book is written from the hearts of both Angela and Sally. Their stories are relatable to me and I'm sure countless others.How often in our society do we hear you must be this or that to feel loved? Hearing something often often enough makes us doubt the truth, but this book encourages us to listen to the truth and know God loves us, where we are and not just where we are headed.I love the SOAP method of studying. It helps me to remember the passages read better and makes me think about them better too. I am looking forward to the online study beginning in June and encourage you to get a group of ladies, or even just one or two ladies together and do this study.I think I have a new book to pass out to ladies of all ages, young and older alike. Thank you to Angela and Sally for sharing your hearts and reaching out to ladies all over the world.

I have been blessed to participate in Good Morning Girls Bible Studies on and off since 2011. As a homeschool mom, I have also followed and read many of Sally Clarkson' books and blog posts. Imagine my delight when Angela, from GMG and Sally joined together to write this book! The SOAP method of Bible study has always been one of my favorites, as it allows you to really slow down and process what you are reading.The message will captivate you! God is love. How often do we hear that, but do we really internalize that important truth? Walk along with Sally and Angela as they share not only the love of God, but personal stories which taught them this truth. That taught them the very nature of God.This book, is a must read for anyone who has ever doubted the love of God. Who has ever doubted their relationship or feel they have "messed up too many times." The approach is that of an old friend. Particularly meaningful is the way that the questions don't have you overanalyzing yourself, yet point you straight to the heart of God with solid Biblical truth and advice throughout.

If you have ever wondered or doubted the love our Lord has for you, read this book. In it Angela and Sally take you home to His love and His heart. Stearing you through scripture and loving words of wisdom from their hearts to yours.YOU are loved by a great, glorious, and precious God. Even when we can't understand the "why" of our situation, know that He is in control of it all. Everything works out for His glory and His purpose.What often keeps us from beliving that God loves us is the lack of trust we have in Him. Our lives are in His hands, and He works all things for good for those who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).This is not simply a book to read - it's a journal and study of His word. In each chapter you'll have the opportunity to work though selected bible verses as well as some discussion questions to further dig into the heart of it all.I pray you are blessed by this book, just as I have been.

This is a wonderful book! It is so full of encouragement and really has made me realize that I can serve God just as I am. He loves me and made me exactly as He wants me. I can do Kingdom Work where I am right now.I really loved the stories in this book. I found them very relatable, and each of them had a clear purpose and place in this book. I also loved that each chapter had a challenge, memory verse, and reading plan, like we do in our Good Morning Girls studies. I absolutely love the questions at the end of each chapter, and feel like they really help me with application. My favorite part is that this book includes so much scripture not only in the reading plan, but also throughout each chapter.I just love everything about this book, and am really excited to use it in my Bible Study group. This book is perfect for any and every woman, and would be great reading and studying alone or with a group.

When I bought this book, I knew I needed it. And it is living up to every expectation and I can slowly (because nothing ever happens quickly) see the way my mind is thinking, changing. Without giving my life story away-we'll just say that I have struggled immensely with wondering if I was unconditionally loved by my mom. She has always guilted me, manipulated me, and made me feel like I don't reach the expectations she had of me as her daughter and of our relationship. So I've always compensated with depending on my husband to fill that void that she has left. Which isn't fair to him. This bible-stuy book came at the best time. I'm on Chapter 4 and finding myself not needing her approval as much. Of course, memories still sting...but I'm learning to live securely in the love of my Lord.In fact, I'm loving this book so much, I just bought one for my Sister-in-love who is going through a rough patch and I think this book will be healing for her too.

This book is such a blessing. All of us want to be loved. All of us want to be treasured. To be called "Beloved". Here Angela and Sally write about how our needs for that love are already met by our Savior.What I like about this book? I feel like Angela and Sally are talking directly to me. The chapters are short enough to not be overwhelming but contain enough meat to really drive the point across.This book would be a wonderful compliment to any lady's library. I very much look forward to the study this summer using this book. I am excited to dig into it again and am so thankful for ladies like Angela and Sally who put their heart out there for the Glory of the Lord.

Wonderful insights into a sometmes tough idea to wrap hearts around. I like the authors vulnerability and willingness to share their hearts through this book as they show us women Christ's love for us.

I love the interactive format. Hard to read it and not be challenged or changed. So important to understand the truth of God s love for us.
