I'm 6'5", 300lbs, disabled and needed a sturdy chair for my office. When I saw this chair it had solid 5 star reviews and it seemed like a good deal. Well the left armrest bent one day while I was adjusting myself in the seat and it caused me to fall out of my chair. The experience was awful but thankfully Amazon refunded my money and let me send the chair back. The only good thing I can say about the chair is in the time I had it, it didn't lower on its own like most chairs do and it was comfortable for the most part but I wouldn't buy another one.

Great thick padding for a 300 lb. man such as myself, only 2 stars though because it's still China quality............................As another week went buy I have to agree with others about the armrests, the mounting is flimsy, they've already bent several times and I'm sure they will break soon........I've had this chair one month now and I'm here to tell you that this chair is 100% JUNK ! ! !

I was shopping online for a gaming chair for months. It's exactly what l am looking for. Most comfortable desk chair I have ever owned. The computer chair is made of very pleasing materials and seems very durable. It arrived quicker than I expected and was very well packaged. Finally, it’s very easy to assemble, done in less than one hour. The cushions are fairly firm, so if you like a more plush, soft seat I'd look elsewhere. I like firm support, though. I find I can sit in the chair for hours gaming away and feel comfortable. Can't really find anything negative to say about it. Overall, I do like this chair.

I had multiple problems with the chair.1) The box didn't include any assembly instructions. The manufacturer has no web presence so I couldn't find it online. Luckily the seller responded to me quickly and sent me a pdf of it.2) The chair was defective on arrival. One of the side screw holes on the seat piece (that attaches to the left arm rest) was at a 45 degree angle, making it impossible to actually assemble.So yeah I have a chair without a left arm rest. I'm not too impressed with the quality of the rest of the chair. The seat cushion is low quality and depresses until i can feel the metal support underneath. I weigh 160 so this isn't an issue of being too heavy for the chair. Luckily the seller is great and refunded me, but I'm never buying a chair from this brand again. The manufacturer is some shoddy Chinese company (hence the lack of website), which explains the low quality and the low price. You get what you pay for.

I've been chair shopping for a while, mostly looking for one that was sturdy and had adjustable arms. This one came on sale and I figured I'd give it a shot. It got here in good time and I had it together easily. The downside was it wasn't so comfortable for someone of my size. I'm 6'4" and 260 lbs. The frame on the seat of the chair press against my legs uncomfortably if I spread my legs at all. If I lean against the back of the chair the curve causes me to slouch and push my shoulders forward. I've been able to fix this by attaching a cushion to the back and seat. It's ugly but I just needed something to sit in.I did have one of my kids break off one of the arm rests that wasn't welded very well, and they got a replacement sent very quickly.

While the seat and the base feel sturdy enough the arm rest are not good. First problem with the arm rest is the padding hangs over the bars they're attached to. This will make them prone to snapping in half if too much pressure is ever applied to the parts that hang over. Second problem is the pads them selves are actually loose, even after tightening the screws which secure them to the metal arm rest bars. The third problem which is the major one for me is both arm rest as a whole are loose after being attached to the chair it's self. I've tried tightening the screws as much as possible but it doesn't help. I don't believe the arms will last long this way. I will most likely be returning the chair for a refund.

We ordered a dozen of these chairs to replace the chairs for our conference table. Of the 12, 2 came with defects that prevented assembly. Specifically the screw holes had metal burs that would strip a screw if you tried to assemble.

This Gaming Chair is excellent product.Easy to assemble, very comfortable.It's great chair. The chair itself is comfortable enough，I thought it looked very nice and it was red and black so it fit the theme I was going with.My back feels so much better now.The headrest pillow is nice and soft.I can sit in this thing for hours!
