this pen is pretty great... if you know what you're doing. i was hesitant to order due to the lack of directions and explanation but i tried it anyway. just a word of caution the directions that come with this are not helpful and literally make no sense it actually says should pay attention to the hairdresser when using electric acupuncture treatment so i'm providing instuctions here based on how i used it successfully. the technique is very important. i was scarred of how much it would hurt so when i first started i was just doting and poking at my moles. this is way more painful. once i got the hang of it i used a sweeping or painting motion which seriously reduced the pain. keep going over the mole until it no longer stings this means the skin is dead. then wipe away the top layer of dead skin crust and use the pen in a sweeping motion again. i repeated this over 4 small medium sized moles about a dozen times until they were completely gone. it took me about an hour to do all 4. i just kept sweeping the pen over and then wiping away that layer and doing it again until the mole was gone. the videos i watched with someone sweeping once and then the mole completely wiping away are a little exagerrated or only for very tiny moles. again it took me several times going over the mole before it was completely gone but this is my first time. also i used the smallest needle on the lowest setting so i'm sure that increased the time it took but decreased the pain in my opinion . i would recommend this as its a quick and easy way to get rid of moles. hope this helps

very simple to use. you can pick different kinds of needle that you want to use different sizes. just plug it turn it on and put it around the skin tag or mole that you want to remove. in a matter of seconds, they will disappear. very useful for me.this is my gift for my mom. she got a lot of skin tag. she likes it so much.highly recommend this product!!!

it takes a little practice but this thing awesome. i've removed several skin tags with it so far. i do recommend looking up how to videos online before using.

im obsessed.... it is worth every penny and more. i have had small skin tags all over my shoulders and neck for years and knew it would cost a ton to get rid of them all. this was a shot in the dark buy. incredibly happy. its slightly painful but incredibly effective takes seconds per spot. i tried it on one spot... then went on for another 2 hours i do have about a week of waiting to see final results but its clear that the bumps have gone down and i removed 3 skin tags abd a mole.. all gone. it definitely is burning your skin. it is not a good smell. it will leave a small swollen crater after removal but that will go down and heal.i wouldnt know about the tattoo removal though... maybe on very old and faded tattoos. i stopped after doing so many because i need to let them heal but then i will do
