It's not perfect, but very close to it. The finish is good and the hardware is adequate, but throwing in some zip ties and calling it cable management is silly. The only complaint I have is the monitors stick out a little but more than I anticipated and seemed to sit a little closer to my face and I find myself setting back at my desk sometimes. I have 24" Acer ultra thins and they sit 8 inches from edge of the desk to the front of the LCD bezel.

Does what it says on the tin... provided you dont mind the compulsory bolt tightening and fiddling.
Bought two. Have a pair of 24 Acers on the bottom (deal of the century on them from Best Buy)... and a pair of 19.3 inch acers on top. One thing I'd like to make mention of: Heavier monitors... get ready to power-tighten the "tension" bolts to make sure the viewing angle stays as it should. Other than that... solid hardware that does exactly what it is supposed to. Planning on getting another set of 24 acers very soon to put up top. Suspect there will be much bolt tightening and fiddling to get it set properly but once again, overall... great piece.
