So easy to use, easy to clean and no wasteful papers!
I've used this for several months now and have to say - it has changed my life! I bought this because I love ground coffee but hate using the wasteful coffee filters every time I make it. This product eliminates the need for the papers and works really well for ground coffee. I have found after several uses that the drip gets reeeeeeeeaallly slow. This might be because the tiniest (not even visible by eyes) coffee particles get stuck between the filters and slow down the filtering. It is impossible to clean between the filters so I can't see any way to remedy this. But if all it means is that I have to wait a few more minutes, it's worth it for me!Edit: still using this several years later! It became extremely slow draining and I was worried I would have to throw it away, however running it through the dishwasher has completely fixed the issue. Love this thing, reduces so much waste on coffee filters.

Good product
I was dubious because of the price but am impressed with the quality. Really easy to use and looks good. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Read the reviews, not really for long term use, even though it still looks good
It filters the coffee well, but it does need a stir whilst it is going through to release more flavour, pretty easy to clean, nice quality product, a lot cheaper than a fancy machine especially in a small kitchen.Update 2 months later: I've found now that the filter is getting blocked, no amount of brushing releases grouts trapped within, it doesn't look dirty, but takes ages for the water to filter through.

This product is easy to clean and includes a brush to do so. It is easy to use and saves using filters.

Good product
Good product and easy too use. I rate it only 3 stars as I can clean it only in the diswasher. Our water is quite hard and it has affected the droping. Only way to remove the scale is to put it in the dish washer, can't clean it manually. Except that, I use it every day and make a good coffee.

great! you do not need to use coffee filters with this product. tastes best with freshly ground coffee, and makes a great coffee. it is super easy to use just put coffee in the filter whilst it is over your mug and pour boiling water over and let it drip through

Simple to use and easy to clean
Works really well and easy to clean. As others have stated, when it starts to take a little longer to drip through I give it a blast with hot water and it clears it out.

Slow dripper!
Problem is that after two weeks, it is dripping so, so slowly. I use the little brush supplied to clean it, but I wonder if our hard water might clog the ultra fine holes?
