Received it in a timely manner. Opened up the package and could not use it at all. It had a European style plugin. I had to go to the store and purchase a $13 adapter so that I could plug it in. Once I got that... plugged it in and it worked fine.

I have course curly beard and this product worked well trying to help me tame it. I gave it 4 stars because the plastic part of the straightener broke after a few uses but the product was great over all.

Item purchased as a gift.Comb section is very short so will not work well for a full or thick beard.Gift opened after return period expired.

Doesn't really work to well

Got this for my husband. He was excited to try but was greatly disappointed when he opened it to find it was not for a US plug in. I looks great but sadly he didn't get to try it.

I got this for my hubby since he has a slightly curly beard but his beard either wasn't full enough or wasn't long enough so it didn't work for him. Too bad!

You need an adapter. Not for USA plugs

The picture had a big USA stamp in it. But this one has a European plug.
