This stuff works great
I have a 10' x 40' dog kennel that houses rescue dogs. The floor of the kennel is dirt and some sand, no grass. Lately it has smelled very strongly of urine and poop.. I purchased a starter kit containing one quart w/spray bottle and one gallon Anti Icky Poo Odor Remover. I I purchased from my local farm store a pump sprayer, filled it with a gallon of Anti Icky Poo Oder Remover and sprayed the entire kennel. I used about 3/4 of the gallon but I really saturated it. Within a few hours the smell was mostly gone and by the next day, completely gone. I use the quart spray bottle to maintain areas where they urinate and poop. This stuff is really amazing. I just placed another larger order. I will be using it all over the house, especially the drains. Thanks Anti Icky Poo!

Seems to Work
I'm torn between a 4 and a 5. The product worked exactly as promised. I have a cat who pees right outside, next to his litter box and the box is on a wood floor. I saturated the floor in the spot where he typically "misses" and the smell is gone completely. I was not disappointed with the product. I have not used similar items, so I cannot compare it to others; hence, probably my reason for a 4 rather than a 5. It simply did the job it said it would do, and it did not ruin my floors (well, anymore than they are already ruined from the cat peeing on them!). There is one aspect of the product that I'm not so fond of. It leaves a film on the floor. As directed, I spray the effected spot leaving a residue for the smell to bond with the product and when it dries there is a slight film on the floor, which I need to wipe down with water or another non-fragrat cleaning product. I recommend the product; it gets the smell out and doesn't ruin your floors.

Good but not a miracle.
We bought this to try and fix a pee spot on our carpet. One cat and one dog, both peeing on the same spot. This product did not work for us. We could still smell pee and the animals just kept on peeing even after we treated it as specified on the instructions. Finally had to replace the carpet. After we pulled the pad up I sprayed this stuff all over every inch of the cement. This did an excellent job in removing smell from cement. The carpet though...you would need a miracle.

Works great, but requires A LOT of work and time
My cat developed intestinal lymphoma and started avoiding using the litter box. Once he started treatment and was feeling better, I couldn't easily address the behavior without getting rid of the urine to keep him from continuing to use the carpet. I've tried so many things - shampooing the carpet, several other enzyme products, etc. At first i couldn't get this product to work either, but after a lot of trial and error I finally figured out what to do: For starters, I had to keep the cat out of the room until i successfully cleaned the urine(and because it was impossible to keep him out 24/7, he was only allowed in while someone was there to watch him). Then, I used my carpet shampooer with water only to pull up as much urine and old product as possible. When that dried, I used the pre treatment to neutralize any previous product and waited for that to dry. Then, I applied the enzyme. I used the carpet injector to get down to the padding/subfloor, and walked around on top of the carpet until it started squishing under my feet to make sure the treatment was adequately distributed. After waiting a few days for that to dry, I got down and sniffed the carpet for any spots that still smelled (and there was a drastic improvement after the first round of treatment). I re-treated those areas with the carpet injector and stepping on it. I had to repeat that a couple more times. The most stubborn areas were on the edges of the carpet close to the wall. Using the "stream" setting on the spray bottle helped me concentrate the product into those crevices. Eventually, I got all of the urine smell out. I brought my cat's favorite scratcher and favorite toys over to that area to discourage him from continuing to use that area to go to the bathroom. He hasn't gone on the floor again since treatment (so for the last two months!) This was a 5x5 area and i used a little over half a gallon (including my initial failed attempts). My only real complaint is that the carpet injector was extremely hard to use. I eventually just started saturating the top of the carpet with the spray and stepping on it, and that seemed to work fine. It's also worth noting that this is not something I'd recommend using in a carpet shampooer. Just using my carpet shampooer with water only over the previously applied product made a massive, foamy mess.

A great product for pet owners
Do you have pets? Do they ever have "accidents" in the house? This enzyme product quickly and effectively eliminates odors. I prefer unscented products as scents can have their own allergenic triggers. I was turned on to this product years ago by a friend who is very sensitive to smells and have continued to use it ever since

Must have if you have cats that have accidents.
I was amazed at how great this product worked. After having the carpets professionally cleaned and the smell was still there, I discovered this. I used the injector to really get into the carpet pad and it worked. I did have to inject a few times but it eventually got the job done. A must have if you have cats that have accidents.

Not what I expected
Our dog had used t favorite places on the carpet to pee. I used the pre treater then injected the kinky poo into the carport backing and sprayed aggressively. The smell got worse and lingered several days. I smelled the carport where I had treated it and the odor was terrible. This is a few days after putting down the product. May be I did something wrong but I felt I followed the directions. Pretty expensive stuff. I won't be buying it again.
