Quality materials but imperfect build
I've tried several large plastic spinners for my Syrians in the past which all broke at the spindle within days of use. This model has an excellent ball bearing spindle which functions smoothly and silently for extended use supporting the cork disk. The downside with my disc (and others looking at reviews) is the core holding the spindle is drilled in at an off angle causing the disc to spin with an undulating up and down motion. The components are quality, it's just a shame the build isn't up to the same level. That said, it's the only disc I've found that is up to sustained use by my hamsters.

I am not satisfied with this product
I am on average satisfied with this product because it does not work fully as described when my chinchilla tries to run, the upper part drops.

Off balance and dangerous but material is good to keep a note of.
My little lazy Demezné loves it ( Syrian ). It's the only wheel she has used so far. Good material for there feet. But NOT WELL BALANCED. It's real good for up to 2 weeks but gets VERY wobbly afterwards. She can barely stay on and keeps falling off when it goes up and down wobbling. I returned it and got a new one. Exact same problem again !Dont recommend this product but do take the material, size and shape as notes as it is ideal for them . Just go for a sturdier one.

Not functional or particularly well made.
I loved the idea of this to replace our Hamster's plastic flying saucer (he has an upright wheel as well) as it's natural and the cork is a good running surface for them. However either mine was faulty or the design isn't good enough, because the spinning surface sat too low at the front and rubbed along the wood base (and that was without a hamster on it!). I returned it.
