Works perfectly sending 4K and sound from DVI-D to HDMI
This works perfectly sending a 4K output from the DVI-D outputs on the graphics card in my PC to the HDMI port on my new 4K monitor.This was the only lead I could find on Amazon or elsewhere online that claimed to support this. It had one review saying it would do this and one saying it would not. The wire was reviewed as being thin (which it is). It was one of the cheapest. So when I ordered it my hopes were not high. So I am delighted that it does work and wanted to confirm this for the benefit of anyone else looking for a lead that does this. I can also confirm that it is transferring sound.

This cannot support more than 1080 p, contrary to the product description (deception, and waste of time), and contrary to what another user had said.

Good quality connectors.
Bought to connect the DVI input of my Dell monitor to a new PC which has no DVI but only HDMI. It works perfectly, giving a crisp image as good as I had from my old PC. The connectors are well built and seat firmly.
