Excellent.... my feet have been wanting these....
These are not for slip on boots or shoes. Tried that. Doesn't work. Boot is too tight. Will update this when I buy a pair of lace up work boots tomorrow. I can tell, they feel great. Just what I need.I developed a spot on the outside edge of my foot. It is calloused. It causes severe pain. Especially when driving. Not much pressure. I drive at work.Included pictures. Love how these molded around that. The best part is that I can remold these if I get rid of that spot.I'm a person who always depended on strengthening my feet. Any problem could be solved. Have run three marathons in my life. I had a bad accident, two years ago. My spine twisted. Bad at the bottom of the spine. Caused severe pain in lower back and legs. I've rested so much. My feet are going bad. Also listened to a chiropractor who wanted me to wear inserts. They weren't wide enough. That's how I developed that spot on the outside of my foot. Foot hung over the insert. I've also gotten to where I'm getting pain in the arch. Others, to deal with like metatarsal extension. So I had to do something. I decided to try these. Initial impression is I'm glad I did.I have been digging with my heel to stop pain in my feet. These are giving my heel that position. I have rather flat feet. Will work into these with precaution. Develop my feet for them. They feel like my feet have been begging for them.Other things that work good for me. Have a pair of small arch support pads for barefoot in the house. Five Fingers work out pretty darn good. Except with the arch pain creeping up now. Negative heel shoes work out well. I also have started working with magnesium. A book on amazon about it. Have already begun making good progress with magnesium. Am soaking my feet in epsom salt right now. These inserts are mainly for my work boots. I spend alot of time in those boots.EDIT: I did get the new work boots today. Geesh... $186 for a good pair of Irish Setters. They work good with or without the Orthotics. I do need to work a little on that one spot in the Orthotics. After a while I'll touch there. Also fear molding it too much will result in it breaking. So my plan is to work back and forth.I wore those same shoes in my picture to the store. Ended up wearing the Orthotics in them when I left. So my rule of not working in slip on is limited to stronger shoes/boots. I'm really liking these Orthotics. Never had any before. Didn't want them. They're wonderful. I find myself standing on my heels. Standing straighter. A good roll to stepping now. Am very glad I bought these.Didn't have any pain driving home from the store. May seem stupid that is amongst my worst pain. But for me it's true. Feet just sitting there. Loving these.I need to face the fact that amongst other problems. I'm facing Plantar Fascitis. At least now, I can get out and work my feet/legs. Rehabilitate them. Get stronger again.

Big guy here. 6"4" 300 pounds. These are the only insoles that have worked for me.
Iv'e had plantar fasciitis, gout, one foot high arch, the other not so much. I have large wide feet at a size 14 wide. As I am getting older the foot issues get worse. I had 2 pairs of custom molded insoles I have been wearing for 2 years. They helped my feet slightly, I never did get PF again. But my legs, knees and hips constantly hurt. I just figured it was because I needed to get used to the new insoles. At least that is what I was told. And over time I just accepted the new pain as a daily thing I have to deal with. The pain never went away and even on long walks my feet would hurt more than I thought they should. Again, because I thought I had to get used to the insoles. Well, 2 years in and I'm not totally used to them so I tried these out. I had low expectations. But after reading other reviews and picking up some pro tips on how to mold these to your feet when they come out of the boiling water I was hopeful. I let them cool, then tried them out. I noticed an immediate difference. My feet just felt normal in a shoe for once in... I can't even remember. I have been wearing them everyday, averaging about 4-5 miles a day walking and everything is feeling so much better. I mean, it's night and day. My legs aren't hurting anymore, my knee is feeling stronger. And I can walk for a long time with no foot fatigue. It's so weird. So, yeah. I have only had these for a week now, but so far they are incredible. Totally worth a shot trying them out.

Rigid - Heavy - but work well
These are not light weight but they are rigid and seem to work. Difficult to modify or adjust fit because to do so you re-heat at which point they return to the manufactured shape from which you start over. This doesn't allow you to tweak areas as one might need.

Ordering second pair for home since so effective for work, with heel spur, and plantar fascitis
So I just purchased this for work shoes...and found out after the 1-2 week try on period of adjustment, that of all the heel cushions (2 of them from Amazon - these heel cushions may be perfect for others with a less severe problem) and other flexible sole inserts - this was by far the best...but it took about 7 days to get adjusted to it, and just when I was about to give up hope on these, I suddenly realized that these decreased the pain waaaay more than all the other inserts. So now, I am ordering a 2nd pair, for home use. I had ordered a pair, followed the directions, and it is perfect for work. Once I realized that this helped my heel pain, I realized that the pain came back whenever I was schlepping about the house in the other inserts. I then realized,...I needed to get another pair for schlepping about the house shoes....and also realized, that a lot of people may not know about the incredible benefits of this orthotic.A number of years ago, I had gotten very expensive orthotics - that covered the whole feet - I had gotten them from the Podiatrist - but impossible to wear and walk in. I was very discouraged, and tossed those orthotics (despite podiatrist insisting I wear them and tried to adjust them - but to no avail - and said I would have to go to a different podiatrist if I wanted specialized orthotics as he only used these long orthotics with like a metal shaft in the sole of it). I then found instead other half inserts you can buy anywhere, and those worked better. But, this is 2017, and my foot pain is much worse and would not go away with those easily available everywhere heel inserts..so...I ordered these...This 3/4 size moldable insert - is magic!! and very low priced. This is magic if you have the severe heel problem as I do!!!I was just was diagnosed with heel spur, plantar flascitis - got a steroid injection in the heel bursa (did not help much yet), but I had ordered this Corefit self moldable custom shoe insert - the first pair - about 3 weeks ago, then per the directions, used it at home for an hour a day until I worked up to 3 hours, then I started to wear it at work, and now, I cannot imagine walking outside without these inserts. That is why I am ordering this second pair. My left foot is size 6, my right foot is size 6.5, and I got the corresponding shoe size insert size 7 - here on Amazon. Thank you for selling on Amazon!!!!!

Best Orthotic for My Use
Years ago, I had switched from leather and foam orthotics that wear out over time and start to smell. My original ones were made by a nurse who worked in a nursing home and used thermo-plastic to mold to my foot for an exact fit. they were wonderful but eventually wore out and started to crack after 6-7 years of daily use. I needed a replacement as we no longer lived near her. After much searching found these ... and they are my new go to (I have 2 pairs at the moment). They are moldable, provide a very nice arch support (I have fallen arches), and appear to be very sturdy so will last a long time.follow the instructions for molding for best fit.I have been using for months now with no issues, and just like my previous thermo-plastic pairs don't even notice they are there --- which is what the orthotic is meant to do.Way cheaper than the customer orthotic process (molds, custom construction etc) and bet will last longer than any of them. Best alternative for me.

Sturdy long lasting support
This insert has a strong arch, can be molded and re-molded to get the exact fit. I continue to buy more to put in all of my shoes and boots but they are easily moved between them. If you want strong feeling support that is made of a long lasting material, this is the insert you’ll want. The savings over time is in the wear and tear of other inserts.

Wow just as good as the ones I paid twice as much for
Bought these orthotics. Wow just as good as the ones I paid twice as much for. Even better is that they can be remolded .They fit great in my shoes and are very comfortable. I would buy again when needed for sure.

Now pain free
When I had dropped arch on foot the hospital custom made the insole and they was made of leather. I made it last almost 20 years. I came across these by accident. I was was searching for something else and and came to this page.I was cynical on this arch support. Ok wearing this took a day. Boy had to get 2nd pair. It felt just like the first pair
