This book is excellent book for a beginner of our era. Sri M put this book in Q&A form so that it reflects our old tradition of Guru and disiple. He explained everything neatly and calmly so that everybody can enter on this road without any fear. A great book on meditation ever written. It will be helpful if some sketches added in next edition. Although everything is explained nicely.

Sri M (an enlightened master from kriyayoga/nath tradition) has answered most-asked questions by meditators (beginner to intermediate) and has beautifully organised the questions into categories/groups. You can refer back to this book whenever a question arises in your mind. Really handy!!! 5-star!!!

Authentic down to earth guide on meditation. Indian terminology may be for the more advanced in the field. To understand it simply follow his teachings and get to know him via YouTube. Some very inspirational ideas that are suitable for anybody, but also more specialist advice for the the serious spiritual seeker, Sri M is the real deal, one of the living masters of today.
