Q: Does this work on all shades of skin?

I think it does, because it is translucent. I've used it when my skin is pale & also when I had a sunburn & noticed no difference.

Q: how do you get the powder out of the container?

There is a plastic shield over the holes that you have to peel off. Then you can shake the container slightly and the loose powder will come up through the holes.

Q: Does this come with a puff?

Does nor come with a puff but a powder brush works well installed of a puff!

Q: Does this product have glitter tones in it?

No, it doesn't. It provides a nice matte finish.
