Okay, I have to take iodine since our food source is devoid of this most essential trace mineral that you MUST have in your body to survive - its basically as necessary as oxygen.This liquid iodine is one of the best - it tastes much better than I have in other brands. If you paint iodine on your skin, then taste doesn't matter, but if you take a few drops via tongue - this is palatable.

My wife ordered this product and says it's good and is less expensive than local health-food stores. That's about all I know about it because don't use it myself...
