Survivor series 2001European championship Christian vs Al SnowChristian, even at this stage of his career, is one of the best in the business and it's a shame he never really received a main event push but this is some of his best work and gives a great match against Snow. 7/10William Regal vs TajiriAverage match with reasonable build up, Regal is a great mic worker. 6/10Intercontinental and U.S unification match - Test vs EdgeGreat match with twists turns, big boots, spears and Edge again showing why he is now a main event superstar. 8/10Steel cage unification match WCW vs WWF tag titles - The Dudley Boys vs The HardysGreat match involving two great tag teams and there is one reason this is memorable and that reason is Jeff Hardy. What a nutter, but by what a reason to watch. 9/1022 immunity battle royalConsidering this has 22 wrestlers in it is over in such a short space of time, probably cause commentator Paul Hayman is moaning about Tazz. Eventual winner is hardly surprising 5/10Women's championship - Trish vs Jacqueline vs Lita vs Mighty Molly vs Jazz vs IvoryOne of the better women wrestling matches from this period and a good deserving ending to the eventual winner 7/10Winner take all traditional survivor series matchShane McMahon, Booker T, RVD, Stone Cold, AnglevsKane, Y2J, Rock, Undertaker, Big ShowGreat match that brought an end to the Invasion story that could not have had a better send off. Up and down, twists and turns, controversies an ace in the hole this elimination match had everything but the kitchen sink. Jericho's finishing move here is silly and Shane is annoying but otherwise what an ending to a very good PPV 10/10Vengeance 2001Scotty 2 Hotty and Albert vs Test and ChristianGood opening but it is exceptionally hard to take Albert dancing seriously. 7/10Intercontinental title - Edge vs William RegalGood match with great build up, Regal again an underused superstar of mic and matt capability. Shame about the ending 8/10Jeff Hardy vs Matt hardyTwo mega stars battling seemed awkward for fans as matt was doing a partial heel turn here. Because of this awkward brother vs brother and Lita as referee it didn't feel right and there were great moves and a controversial endingTag team titles Dudleys vs Show and KaneGood match that was won a ridiculous way, great comedy here from the watching Stacy Keibler 7/10Hardcore championship RVD vs UndertakerA very, very good match that went through the audiences and ended in breaking fashion. Seeing Undertaker as a somewhat villain character, and not the good kind, is strange 8/10Women's championship Trish vs JacquelineGood match over fairly quickly 6/10Stone Cold vs AngleGood match with great rivalry that went outside the ring numerous times contained some great moves and twists 9/10Rock vs Y2JThis Jericho villain character is terrible and whilst the guy can still do the moves this was a stretch. Rock delivers great set ups and with a big shout and controversy this topped its predecessor to set up the final for the undisputed championshipWinners of last two matches face off for undisputed championshipGreat match and great controversy to round off the PPV with the new undisputed champion.These are two great PPVs with the end of the invasion and the dawn of the undisputed championship with memories to last many years9/10

5 stars!Survivor Series 2001: One of the best Survivor Series' there's ever been and a great reminder of just how much better the Attitude Era was compared to today's programming.Vengeance 2001: The following on 2001 PPV after the Survivor Series and the last one of that year. Some excellent matches and it was the historical night in wrestling that the first ever Undisputed Champion was crowned.A must own for any collector.

Product arrived on time and in exactly the condition stated also a handwritten note added to the invoice was a nice touch.I am sure my son will be thrilled with the DVD on Christmas Day.

This offer is great I mean £15 for two great ppv's one seen as iconic I would have payed about £10 for Vengeance and £20 for survivor Series before I found this, But I have still not received them last thursday it said dispatched and that it should have come the following day (friday) now the monday after and still not here, but for free delivery I would complain if it came tommorow but any later and I may have to contact Amazon would have been 5 star but delivery cost it.

2000 and 2001 were the best years in wrestling. Period.The Survivor Series 2001 put an end to the crazy WCW/ECW Alliance storyline. The storyline has since got a bad reputation since it omitted the best from WCW (Ric Flair, NWO, Goldberg, Sting....but in fairness the members of NWO and Ric Flair had their best days before joining WCW). However, this storyline was the most exciting time in wrestling. After the Alliance, we had the return of NWO and the match between Hulk Hogan and The Rock........but after that, the wrestling business went downhill........to the point it is right now!!!!!Back to this SS2001 PPV.......in one word, Exciting!!!!!! It was so spontaneous, and viewers were really bothered if the team WWF won or lost. For the time of the PPV, you wouldn't remember the fact that this is all scripted, it felt so REAL. From the moment the PPV started, you could feel the electricity in the arena.Matches:1.) Christian Vs Al Snow2.) William Regal Vs Tajiri3.) Unification of IC Title and US Title: Test Vs Edge4.) It doesn't contain any crazy bumps but the wrestlers were on top form.The Vengeance PPV was the unification of the two biggest Titles in the Wrestling business; The WWF and WCW Heavyweight Championships. Good PPV and an Historic PPV............but this was the moment the business started going downhill.Overall, the Survivor Series PPV is worth twice the price of this set.This was the time when wrestling wasn't predictable (unlike today's rubbish)........BUY IT, you won't regret it!!!!!
