Miniature Turtle Trinket Box Jewelry Box with Inlaid Crystal Figurine

My fiancé and I bought this for my mother's husband for Christmas. He is a collector of tortoise trinkets and also unusual storage boxes. It was a lot smaller than I imagined. The outside is very cute with all the jewels, he loved it. I was unhappy with the inside. The closure is a small recessed magnet and it did not line up with the opposite closure element, so in essence, nothing could really be safely stored inside. It also had solder or something that looked to have oozed out from under it before it dried. The inside is nice, with a bit of faux velvet lining it.

Its beautiful! I bought it as a gift for my friend and she loved it..I just thought it would be bigger.

the "jewelry box" is WAY smaller than i expected, but that allows for a very detailed product. it is simply beautiful. it fits in the palm of my hand, and is bejeweled down to every last centimeter. beautiful.
