After so much research regarding Hydraulic jack for my car Hyundai Accent, I place the order for this jack 5000kg.After the 1st use I feel good because it is easy to use as compared to traditional jacks.With in 5 min you can manage to change your puncher tyre with your Stephanie.Thanks to Amazon for providing such good product in short time

4star because the paint quality is poor. Scuffs easily. It's not powder coating as I was expecting it to have. Easy to operate. Does not directly fit below lift points in Suzuki ciaz with 15 inch wheels (may fit in Ciaz with 16 inch wheels). Since I have jack stands, after lifting on a separate sturdy part, I immediately slide in jack stand and lower jack to remove stress on chassis. Came with extra rubber gasket kit. Minimum height of the product is 20 cm. There is no mention of manufacturing origin whatsoever. Strange !!!

During assembly itself i had to scrap this part, totally poor design and waste of money.

This jack(5 ton) does not work for small cars due to the height of the jack(you can't place it under the body of the car). You will have to go for 2 ton Jack. I own a ritz and when I had a puncture(by which the height of the car gets lowered) the jack could not go under the body of the car at all.

I bought this product for my Ecosport, after researching a lot in Amazon. Even it was affirmed in many reviews that it suits SuVs, my case is different.From my experience its not suitable for any vehicle with R16 tire size. The problems I am facing are :1. There is no sufficient height range for the jack to raise the car to a level I can remove the faulty tire and put new (even after I unscrewed the top portion of Jack to the highest point).The issue is as the vehicle got raised, the wheel will get sagged down considerably. Any Jack should be capable to raise the vehicle beyond that to compensate the sag. Then only we can to take out the tire and put back the fully inflated tire (which need slightly more height).2. A more serious issue is the Jack is loosing the hydraulic pressure at a raised condition, even if I fully tightened the valve. Thereby the vehicle started coming down at a very slow pace, which is is really dangerous. This happened at my home where the vehicle is empty. If it happens in a fully loaded condition at a highway, imagine, what will be situation.3. The packing was pathetic, but i don't care much if the product was functional and serves my purpose.Probably this may be useful for smaller hatches and sedans, but not for SUVs, at least Ford Ecosport.What I suggest is these companies should test their products with all major vehicle models in the market and should be bold enough to publish a chart - which all vehicle a particular Jack model is feasible. This enables them to come out with different Jack models for various vehicle segments. One step ahead, there should have some quality certifications before even it is sold in a market.In that way for customers also, it will be easy to select the right product and be happy and loyal.
