Remembering fun times from my youth sliding down soggy hills on my bum whilst wearing waterproof trousers I have been looking for something similar for my daughter. It is easy to find waterproof trousers in outdoor shops but these are often too expensive to risk on such irresponsible behavior and so light weight as to provide very little protection from the rugged landscape, they don't make them like they used to in the good old days.... These are pretty good though, thicker than average the material seems quite robust. So far so good on the hill sliding - I will update as we go, there is no accounting for the stray pointy stone though. I am way more impressed with these than the mountain warehouse set I got for my son. I found them a little on the large size for my perfectly average 5.25-year-old daughter (50th percentile for height - she was just measured last week), if they stay in one piece then they will probably last her way past her 7th birthday. Nice bright colour too.

product arrived dirty!! These have clearly been worn, there are mud marks on the bottom and on the inside of the legs. Otherwise they are a good produce. My daughter wants them today so we are keeping them rather than sending them back but I do feel quite annoyed that this has happened.

My daughter is quite a short 5 year old so the trouser come up rather long on her so we roll them down a bit and the band around her tummy is a little tight. For the price it is worth it and I will look at buying again when she does eventually need!I especially like the clip at the bottom of the trouser leg. Very handy.

Bought for grandchildren to wear on family day out during the Easter break, when we are visiting Snow Play facility. Good size for the three of them, and good point is the fastener on the ankle which will help keep them warm and dry during the activities.

I got these trousers for my daughter’s school outdoor classroom. Previous trousers from another more expensive brand has lasted 4m only and although they were the smallest size they were very long for my little one.These ones are thicker material and perfect size (got size 3-4 for my 5 years old). Recommended 100% and definetively I will buy them again

Bought for disabled grandson in wheelchair following surgery. He said they were very comfortable and kept his legs extra warm while out and about especially when raining. Would strongly recommend these as a Must Buy especially at such a reasonable price.

Considering these are for a 5-6 year old the waist is very tight. My daughter is 4, slim waist and long legs. The length of the legs is long but my daughter commented how tight the waist was. After her only wearing them once they already have holes in the fabric at the bottom.But they are just the thing at a reasonable price, just not sure how long my daughter is going to be able to wear them for!

Good value for money. The trousers are of good quality and will keep him nice and dry. Elasticated waist. Poppers are on the ankle to allow them to be closer fitting which will help to stop rain getting in, which i thought was a nice touch. Overall I am very pleased with them.
