Works very well! However make sure you don’t overfill it with water or else it won’t work. Found this out the hard way. The water temp cools off quickly when used at 100% for 5 mins—the length of time it takes to use up the basket of dry ice. Then it takes about 30-45 mins to hear it back up again. I am still working through how to get around this. But otherwise it’s a great machine!

Water meter does not work, I have to pay close to $300 to get it shipped back along it say if your returning it due to defer you don’t have to pay. I can’t get anyone on the phone.

I order this Fog Machine weeks ago. First at all arrives late, then the we tried twice the equipment, was leaking a lot of water, and the day of the event, was water everywhere on the floor and the venue complained about our negligence.

The fog machine works great, but there is just one problem The water level is that where it tolds you how much you have water inside there should be a ball to show no ball or water showed up.. like I said you had one job for how much does cause I would think they will be more thorough building this

Used this for a bridal photoshoot yesterday. Opened the box and the hose was missing. Ended up having to make up a hose with aluminum foil and tape, which sort of worked. Overall, machine is durable and well-made. Added case is helpful and it's already on wheels so transport is easy. It is a bit heavy for one person to pick up if transporting in a personal vehicle. Usage-wise, couldn't tell how much water I had put in due to the water meter not displaying the water level properly. I was afraid I had put too much water, which from other reviews I read, the fog wouldn't work. Maybe I was missing something but the water level reader should be obvious. Water heated up quickly and when I added the dry ice pellets into the basket, no premature fog came out. Activated the fog and it worked. Afterwards, the nozzle at the bottom empties out the water, which is a plus. Water gauge and missing hose aside, I'd pick this over the Chauvet Nimbus any day. It's like ADJ took all the complaints people had of the Nimbus and improved it. Going to compare this to the newer ADJ entour chill and see what works best.
