I've had this battery pack almost a year ago so its time to review it. I bought this for my holiday and normal use when going out and it been a lifesaver! It's similar dimensions to the iPhone plus' which is sleek and portable compared to other bulky packs. It charges very well! I like the thing about having a torch so if you get a black out or you are in an emergency, you can use it as a torch, (quite bright the torch). I would give it 5 starts if only it was scratchproof and the charging wire being longer. The wire is like 15-20cm long which is very short. It scratches very easily, (have lots of scratches both light and deep ones) but it doesn't affect the charging. It has two USB ports which are helpful if you are wanting to charge two devices at once. I recommend this product. Its cheap for its price compared to the ones you get in shops & supermarkets. I like when it is charging, it says 'in' for charging and when its charging devices, it says 'out'. It shows the percentage very clearly which is brillllll. A must buy if you're wanting a juicy battery pack! I recommend this product.

The order came a day early, which was great but the charger doesn’t seem to want to charge my phone or will charge but then stop after a minute. When it charges though, it’s fast and tells you how much power it has left

This looks really fancy and enjoy having the amount of battery left in this power bank, however there's no point in having all of that if it doesn't charge properly.The cable doesn't feel like it's connect properly, sometimes a minimal touch is enough to stop charging so I have to keep my hand on the cable to make sure it charges, and sometimes it won't even work that way!For this price I would recommend buying something else, even if it has less power/battery I'm sure you want something that charges your devices properly.

This powerbank is worth more than 5 stars, the charge can charge my phone 4 times over with some charge left. The lights it has is 100 times better than other power banks I have bought in the past. It does only have 2 usb ports but I think this is more than efficient for most needs. This one is a lot slimmer than the others and seems a bit lighter. Obviously it is not very light being a power bank but seems well balanced and weighted

Charger would not charge my phone when it was switched off. It still drained the charger battery despite this. I want to return the item for a refund, but it turns out that you can't ship lithium batteries through the Post Office, so I guess I am stuck with it! On the plus side it does still charge my phone when I leave it on, but I don't think I get the number of charging cycles claimed in the description.
