Lid doesn’t close completely so the unit will play.
The media could not be loaded. After a month the lid for the dvd doesn’t close all the way and the screen says open and won’t play. I had to put a zip tie around the whole unit and stuff a cloth between the zip tie and the lid in order to get it to play. This is happening on both units. Also it says it comes with a wall charger which I didn’t get.

Waste of money!!!! No good
This product is a waste of money, product started to malfunction just a little after a month, during which they weren't been used everyday.

Seems like one item already open box.
One item is missing dvd game and also got wrong remote control. I’m disappointed.
