750 mg one tablet. Great antioxidant boost, Seems original organic

It is good to get an Amla tablet with 750 mg, though I wish they also had 1000mg variant. It would help to coat these tablets so that we do not have to deal with powdery loose particles when the bottle gets empty.

This is some really good Amla tablets. Nice fresh tablets. I take this orally everyday to help keep my hair from greying as much as possible. Yes Amla works for premature greying. It naturally darkens the hair. The last brand of Amla I took was liquid capsule and worked a lil too good because my natural dish water blonde hair got so dark at one point that I had to stop taking it for a while my natural color came back. This current brand hasn’t turned my hair too dark yet. Just enough Amla to keep the greys away.Of course Amla has other benefits too.

Purchased this particular brand of Alma because it is organic. The herb itself was recommended to me so I'm trying it. High in antioxidants.

A lot of times the pills get stuck and I can’t swallow and it’s stuck to the roof of my mouth. The good thing is that it doesn’t have a taste so you don’t have that nasty taste that pills usually have. Hopefully the pills will benefit me health wise.

I can't take any statins. I get very bad joint pain. I have been taking some form AMLA for a few years. My cholestoril always goes up and down even with this. I never eat meat or cheese. I'm pretty much Vegan except for fish. Not really sure this helps.
