glad i purchased this. mine came with a mount that needed to be screwed in wall by accident :( so we wound up getting a new mount piece (handle holder) from the discount store for $5...worked out perfect in the end. I contacted the seller about that and they offered to send me one that did not need to be screwed as well as a partial refund.... i said no thanks tho! the shower head is great. wasnt sure what "soft water" meant til now! LOL

By far the best hand held shower head I've owned. I've tried fancy ones with the seven settings ( who needs 7 settings?) I've never used the other 6 and for the ten dollar price range what would I have to lose?.....The Shower handle has good pressure (no pins and needles) but a soft rain effect...…...You won't be sorry.

I fall in love with it!!!!!!
Easy install in seconds,of course it's made of plastic,but it's good and solid,and it give really good water pressure,the stream is so powerful and so soft !

It's garbagr
It broke within the first week and sprays out the side. It was cheap so it's not even worth sending back. I'm just gonna throw it away and buy a new one somewhere else with better quality.
