I started taking this a few days after my last period. I started my cycle for this month a few days ago out of the blue. It felt weird because normally I suffer from heavy PMS irritability and mood swings. I didn't experience anything this time and was a few days early. The main benefit for me being peri-menopausal was how much lighter my cycle was and how my cramping was almost non-existent. Normally on my 2nd and 3rd days I stay in bed from the pain and flow, I use postpartum maxi pads FFS. It was like a normal person's period. I wasn't in bed or even had much pain. I could wear just one regular maxi pad all day. So amazing. I also noticed less tiny acne this time too. I'll never stop taking this!

It leveled up the hormones and stopped the up and downs of perimenopause. It works!

I am super excited about this supplement. I have a 2 month old son that I am exclusively breastfeeding. Recently, I noticed my milk supply was dropping and I was having to dip into my frozen milk stash to make sure my baby was getting enough to eat. Of course, that stressed me out so much that my supply dropped even more. I took another supplement and some multivitamins, increased my fluid intake, and a few other tricks, but my supply still wasn't coming back the way I had hoped. I read up on the benefits of shatavari and decided it was worth a try. I am SO glad that I bought this. Within just a couple of days of using it, my supply increased and so did my milk quality! Now I am able to pump between 4-6oz total, even after feeding my son until he is full. I firmly believe that this supplement is responsible for that and I will continue to buy and use this as long as I am breastfeeding.

This specific shatavari has been amazing for my hormones . Other brands you take 4 a day ,this one only 2! And it delivers same results . The only thing I don’t like is that near that time of the month my breasts get super tender; which I get since shatavari also helps with milk production for moms. That’s small compared to how much it’s improved my skin and mood swings ! Will be repurchasing again and again .

This is how I can best describe it. It does improve your mood. For that I must give it 4 stars. It does make your breast tender and enlarged. Not mega but descent. Again 4 stars. Why not 5, let me explain I gained weight. I know right, not too happy with that. I will continue to use, of course. Unless I find something else that can deliver.
