The mattress protector appeared ok until I washed it after 2 weeks use. When folding it I realised that the stitching had come undone. I contacted the seller who didn't seem to accept the fault despite photos. After several odd emails asking if i wanted a discount, I was awarded half of the money back and told to keep the faulty item! I queried this and was told it was because I had washed it! Maybe they are not designed to be washed? Amazon resolved it by organising a return and full refund as according to the Sale of Goods act it should have lasted a reasonable a mount of time!

Is for a rental so can’t really confirm on quality but certainly looked good enough. Can’t remember if this one came with a pillow. The pillow was very flat/cheap. I actually like a flat pillow but assuming most others won’t. However for the price, the pillow was free anyway.

I am very desappointed with the quality of this item... I bought it end of July and after 2 washes the product is already falling appart and it is no use anymore .... it is presenting as high quality product used in hotels where we all know this involve a lot of washing and used.... I have used it for my sofa bed for guests.... nothing to justify this damage

Lovely quality, comfortable and generous size, I will certainly buy again, highly recommended.
