Yardley Gentleman Talcum Powder 8.8oz

Yardley talc is excellent and refreshing.

I wasn’t sure which Yardley Talc to buy so I bought all 3. I like all of them, but their scents are definitely diverse.Elegance: Bay Rum Barbershop Vibes. Not overpowering, but a strong masculine that lasts. If you wanna smell like you just had a fresh shave, this is for you. Age wise, I’d say anyone between 25-60+years old. Solid Year Round scent. If you are buying a scent for yourself, I’d recommend this one.Gold: The Strongest, Musk Scent, with a hint of freshness. If you have ever smelled “Coast” bar soap, it closely resembles that scent, with added woodsy musk notes. Age for this scent is 40+. Its strong, boarderline overpowering. I think it would be best used in the fall and winter when stronger musk scents are used. It can be too much very quickly. If you wanna buy a scent for your grandfather, this is it.Gentleman: The youngest and freshest/cleanest scent. A lot of notes from younger scents. Acqua Di Gio, D&G Light Blue…etc. Not to say it smells like either of these colognes, just that it is in that realm/age range. Will not overpower. Age wise, anyone under 50. As a 40 year old, this scent almost feels too young for me, but I plan to use it in the spring and Summer. If you are buying this for your boyfriend or hubby, this scent won’t overpower or disappoint.Hope this helps with your decision!

Nice fragrance and fresh.

It works.It’s “finer” / smoother than most other talcs being sold.It doesn’t cake with sweat.Inoffensive men’s fragrance. Not too strong. So o’kay to use plenty on those 95°/95% humidity days.But — it’s no Original Johnson’s Baby Powder (U.S. sourced). I’ve yet to find a powder as fine and as smooth as Johnson’s. And that scent!Since it’s the best I’ve found since no more Johnson’s Baby Powder (which is the gold standard IMO) — 4 stars

Smells great makes me feel cooler in the heat

Glad I found this powder! Smooth on the skin great smell and enough powder to last quite a while. The English still know how to get some things right!

I've been using talcum powder for years...many, many years. Johnson & Johnson was my go to powder. I've had to switch brands so I tried Yardley. In my opinion there is a difference between the two. The Yardley did not seem to "stay on" as well as the J&J. My skin almost felt clammy after short time (and it wasn't a hot day). I don't know if the inert ingredients have anything to do with it. The fragrance was mild and did not bother me. I'll keep trying for another brand.
