Florentine Green Faux Finish; Marbleizing Kit

The product arrived in a timely manner~~but the product inside was covered in dust and the foam brush in the package had fallen apart. I haven't had the chance to use the product yet I just hope with the age of the product it is still good. The product is so old that the instructions don't even have a web site for consumer Q&A just a 1-800 number.

My home was going to be on our county home show and I didn't have time nor money to get the bathroom counter replaced. So I bought some plywood and used this kit on it. It is so beautiful I've never replaced it. Looks like a beautiful green marble. Cost me $40 to get a brand new, beautiful sink countertop. Must put a good clear finish on it because of the water so every few years I recoat it with polyurethane.

Product did not perform. Paint seemed old when the container was opened. Make sure you demand a NEW kit, not one that may have been sitting on the shelf for a while.

Paint was all dried up inside bottle. When squeezing bottle to try to get the paint out, a chunk of dry paint came out. I had to buy extra paint to do my project. The kit looked old. That's why the paint was so dry.Not happy with this product.

I used this kit on a house I lived in about 15 yrs ago. It was easy to follow instructions and I did a fireplace mantel. Many commented how nice the green marble was, not knowing it was just paint. I also did a wooden cabinet at a landing in the dark pink one they offered and it was just as beautiful.

Two of paints were completely solid. Kit was unusable. Waste of money. Kit ended up in garbage.Would like money back!

The paint was all dried up and I couldn't use it!
